Absolutely fantastic BBQ so pleased with it!! Ordering was easy and delivery was so quick !! Did take two of us to build it but once we got all the parts laid out and put stickers on the ones that didn’t have them it wasn’t hard to build !! All the screws etc were numbered it was amazing!! Highly recommended

The only issue i have is there's only 3 small holes to get rid of the ash compared to different types from other companies there's a large enough hoke to get rid easy

The website autofilled the wrong delivery address so I emailed 90 seconds after to ask them to amend the delivery address. Got a reply 9 hours later explaining how to ask a neighbour to receive a delivery for you. Was told that the item was already dispatched so the address couldn't be changed, DPD confirmed the next morning that the bbq wasn't given to them so hadn't been dispatched. Eventually spoke to someone helpful (Louis) however he told me that they would have to recall the BBQ, process a refund in 5-7 working days then reorder. Went with a different retailer who delivered next day, wish I'd done that in the first place.

Grill is excellent having the choice of the 2 ovens gives a choice of different speeds of cooking

I am a time-served mechanical engineer, and the thin-gauge materials concerned me from the outset. I expected corrosion eventually, but I did not expect the internal components to disintegrate within 15 months.

The barbecue has been stored in a dry double garage alongside gardening machinery and a Weber barbecue. None of those items has suffered comparable corrosion.

The flame tamers and burner tubes have now rotted through completely. One burner tube has deteriorated so badly that it has fallen into the drip tray. The barbecue is no longer safe to use.

I reported this through Amazon. The seller responded by stating that they had sold thousands of these barbecues and that many customers had used them for several years without encountering the same issue. That does nothing to address the documented failure of this one.

Because the 12-month manufacturer’s warranty had expired, their proposed “support” was to review the evidence and then advise me of the price of replacement parts. In other words, I would be paying for more parts from the same manufacturer whose original components failed after only 15 months.

The materials are plainly not durable enough, and the customer service amounted to a scripted dismissal followed by an opportunity to spend more money.

I would strongly advise prospective buyers to look elsewhere.

This is my 2nd XL smoker - the first one had done 7 years work, still serviceable but ideally needed a new charcoal tray so I decided to treat myself to a nice new shiny one instead of just replacing the part!
As usual no problems ordering via the website & very prompt delivery. The BBQ is easily assembled using the comprehensive instructions. Great product!

Genuinely disappointed from start to finish,
Ordered and it arrived damaged, not their fault, but.......
After waiting a day for a reply, the initial response was to "hit the dents with a hammer to smooth them out". Firstly, the dents were well past a small bit of fettling and had also cracked the coating, Secondly, I don't expect the response to be, whack it with hammer it'll be alright......also, the cast grills were completely smashed.
ANOTHER 24 hours, and I managed to get the replacement parts sent out to me after a huge amount of faffing about with emails, pictures and calls (which were rarely answered).
Once I had all the parts I need to build the BBQ. 2 steps from the end, discovered that there was a missing part from the original box.
I now have a 95% built bbq, many collapsed boxes and plastic packaging everywhere.
Emailed again, now asking for a refund as I'm exhausted by the process and disappointed at everything. Only to be told that it needs to be packed in original boxes and they would collect them. Then refund if it got back to them in good condition....
Honestly do not wast your money on these, go to a place where you can look, buy and take it home.
During to 2 weeks of no bbq, I cancelled my housewarming party due to the length of the ordeal.
AVOID AVOID AVOID

Really happy with the CosmoGrill! The BBQ was great, and it was surprisingly easy to clean afterwards. We used it for Dad’s birthday, and it helped make the day a real success. Great performance, easy cleanup, and perfect for a family celebration. Highly recommended!

The packaging and assembly instructions were excellent. I put the bbq together myself in around two hours. It cooks really well too.
Any quibbles? Two only. Because of where we have to place it, the wheels are on the wrong side… it’s not an easy manoeuvre. If you lower the tray too far, there is no way of readjusting it until the bbq cools down… I won’t get caught out on that again… it would be worth a note in the instructions.

Order arrived quickly and all complete, I put it together whilst hubby was at work, all nice and squared properly so the lid seals perfectly, cooks great. Hubbys used the cast iron grills and the griddle/ hot plate, yet to use the pizza and smoker but I’m sure they’ll cook great!
