Good quality barbecue
The barbecue we bought is good quality. It is a bit complex to put together - why they couldn't deliver it already made up I don't know - and took us pretty much a whole day. However, the instructions are relatively clear, especially if you take the time to label all the parts, which we did (they don't all come labelled!). They also have a helpful and responsive whatsapp chat. Delivery was quick and we're pleased with the barbecue itself, which seems robust and looks good.

Very well packaged, good quality, went together easily,a packing list in each box would have been helpful as three big boxes and a lot of parts took some sorting out,very impressed with the grill very easy to use and very controllable.

CosmoGrill Junior Smoker charcoal barbecue with weatherproof cover
I recently (April) bought the CosmoGrill Junior Smoker charcoal barbecue with weatherproof cover. I'm super chuffed from start to after sales. Delivery great, instructions made it so easy to put together, you could see and feel the quality, the actual bbq looked brilliant too. I've now, finally, had a couple of chances to try it out and the performance matched the look. It's exactly what we wanted and works like a dream. Great height to work at, good features, without making things complicated. Needed a bit of support as, while I've had lots of bbq in the past, I've never had a smoker. CosmoGrill were great, responded quickly and really helped me out. I was very, very, impressed! Great experience all round and I have a bbq that going to see lots of fund times in the future.

Unfortunately i have a bad BBQ grill…
Unfortunately i have a bad BBQ grill that the long screws for the stands to hold up the grill is too big for the holes on the grill j7st 2 days before I have a big garden party. Wrote to customer service and was told to send photos or go out and buy the 5m screws. I thought that was not a good advice or service. I was also told that by using my own screws or making a slightly bigger holes to the grill, i will lose my warranty!!! What a useless advice!!! I will definitely not buy it again if I have the choice.

Only took a day for them to deliver the bbq in good time when putting the bbq together i seen a big dent on the lid off the bbq so that why olny 3 stars cost a bit off cash

All great so far I’m very happy I haven’t tried the smoker yet so unfortunately can’t say anything about it. Good quality for that price, quick delivery I’ve ordered it on Friday and got it on Monday so they are quick.

one part that clearly happened in transit

Top notch dual bbq with exceptional customer service
I received my CosmoGrill duo bbq very swiftly after ordering and what a fantastic piece of kit. I am looking forward to years of outdoor cooking.
I had 1 very small issue with the chimney, there was a tiny area which had missed the powder coating. I mentioned it to customer services and Zandra immediately replaced the chimney missing
Best customer service I have ever experienced.
