The grill itself was delivered within days of placing the order. Was easy to put together and a great grill to cook on. Easy to clean and well built.

Lovely large family bbq
Lovely large family bbq. Well made. We took the legs off to make it table top just needed extra nuts from diy shop.
My only wish is that it had a place to rest a rotisserie accessory other than that we are well happy with it.
Delivery was super fast got it next day even after ordering late in the evening.

Great BBQ hard and awkward setup
Great BBQ hard and awkward setup. There is one part in particular where I had three people trying to get one of the screws into place, but there was no way it was going in with the supplied part as there was no screw bit on the end. Used a different, proper screw (not supplied with the hardware assembly kit) and a proper screwdriver and it went straight in. Great BBQ, burners work really well. Overall the effort and stress has been worth it (used twice so far).

50% of the parts not numbers, packaged items bent, not in transit, so left supplier in this state. Customer service offered £10 refund! I wouldn't buy again.

We want the assembly process to be completely straightforward, and we appreciate you letting us know about the unnumbered components so we could share this insight with our manufacturing team for future batches. Regarding the condition of the panels, our items arrive securely sealed directly from our supplier before being handed over to our courier network. While the outer box may appear untouched, occasionally pressure or impact during transit can transfer through the packaging and affect the contents inside, which seems to have occurred in this instance.
We genuinely want our customers to feel fully supported when things do not go exactly as planned. When you let us know our initial offer of complimentary accessories was not suitable, we provided alternative options including a partial refund, a higher value store credit, or a complete free exchange of the affected panels to ensure your grill was in perfect shape. We completely respect your perspective regarding these choices, and our team remains entirely committed to arranging whichever resolution you prefer.

We bought a cosmo BBQ grill and was excellent.
Built the unit mostly myself, as the instructions were fine. Does take a while but no issues.
Have used the product and found it works perfectly, and so far no problems with the BBQ.

Great looking smoker/BBQ easy to build, easy to follow instructions. Great value for money, haven't used yet but going to tomorrow just bought a lovely piece of brisket to cook slowly for Sunday tea.
