Well this company is a con.

Well this company is a con and PayPal were useless found in favour of Cososhop when it was obvious with all the emails between us that it was a con. After months of arguing email between us everyday in the end I ask for a 60% refund and they agreed, and were quick in debating my PayPal account. Very disappointed with PayPal.

Ordered the lens protector

Ordered the lens protector, watch band,air pod bling case and a cover for my phone on 2/26,it is now 3/11 and no shipping status.I reached out and they stated they ship on the 2nd day I replied back that it has been more than that and they went silent.I waited close to a week more and sent another email letting them know I would be contacting my bank and pay pal.Which I did today and got a full refund. Save yourself the aggravation and don't buy anything from these creeps.They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and I will be doing that.

Apple Watch replacement straps

I bought two Apple Watch replacement straps. One is fine but I can’t get the clasp on the second to open.

Their customer service is poor. Although I have had contact with them they are only prepared to offer a 15% refund.

I won’t be buying from them again.

Absolutely disgusted ..

Absolutely disgusted ... I paid $69.98 for a robot which when it arrived was not what I ordered ….complete load of fake , cheap rubbish worth no more than $8 maximum. I have now been pursuing the company through Pay{Pal as they would only offer me a 50% refund maximum or a full refund if I returned the incorrect goods … However they expect me to pay tracking costs of up to $20 … I do not expect to pay anything for what is clearly a Scam … I expect full refund and I am still pursuing with PayPal who have said they will give full refund once goods are returned … But I refuse to pay shipping … Cososhop website states… Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns) ….

Refused to refund due to their error

I placed an order from Cososhop via an Instagram advertisement for an Iphone XS Max bling camera lens protector. What I received was a lens protector for an Iphone 11 Pro Max which is not compatible with my phone at all. I reached out to their customer service explaining the issue and also sending pictures of what I received. Anastastia and Johnny, both representatives of this company, suggested I sell the item to recover the money I paid them. This is unacceptable. I refused and requested a full refund of my money to the original form of payment. They offered me a percentage discount which does not benefit me in any way and to me is dishonest. I cannot use the item and they should not be allowed to profit for sending me the wrong item. I was offered several times, a discount to which I refused all of them. This, to me, was not an acceptable resolution to their mistake. In requesting a full refund, I was told that I would have to be responsible for the shipping cost which would be about $20.00. I explained I’d be happy to ship the item back as long as a prepaid label was provided. They refused to provide the label and they stated, “According to our substantial experience, it will cost you more than 20 UDS for shipping the product back to us, and the customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee.” This was quoted to me several times within all of the emails back and forth. Upon visiting their website and reviewing their return policies as well as filing claims, I discovered that they are not honoring their own policy. So not only did they ship the wrong item and refused to issue my refund, but they are not adhering to their return or claim policy. Their policy states, “Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns);.” They are trying to make me pay for shipping for an item that they sent to me in error because they sent the wrong item. Their 30 day product guarantee policy states, “within 30 days of receiving the product, contact us with the photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.” Instead of providing the shipping label or simply refunding me the money I paid, including what I paid for shipping, they are offering to refund a percentage and for me to keep an item that I cannot use. This benefits me in no way. I have done all that I can to resolve my issues with the company only to find that they are not honorable. This was not my mistake and I refuse to pay for shipping twice. At this point, I just want my refund. Terrible customer service and advice!

Pretty dreadful.... ordered ear phones - to be fair one set works well, the other doesn’t work at all. Their advice when I’d written, sent evidence as requested etc was to sell them onto someone else!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Bought 2 smart robots for Christmas gifts. How embarrassing these robots are pretty basic. Not like the video provided for the sale. How sad to take advantage of hard working people. DISAPPOINTED!

The WORST merchant in the world

DON’T BUY any of their products!!! I bought two sets of the earbuds, one of the cases can only be charged til 66% so it always be out of power very quickly. The earbuds of the other set won’t pair with each other so I never can hear the sound from both sides simultaneously (I’ve tried so many ways from the internet to fix it but never work). I have been emailing the customer service for 7 days so far and they told me if I want to send them back, I need to pay $22 for the shipping which is even more expensive than the earbuds itself. They also told me if I don’t like the earbuds, I can give them to my family as a gift or sell them to someone else, which is ridiculous because how would I give them as a gift if they are defected?

Fun fact: the bad reviews never show up on their website. I left a one star review due to the earbuds, and the review never pops up.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I ordered a pair of TWS air pods and the left one came defective, when I told them about it they told me to reset the earphones, which I did (I also tried all the trouble shooting videos in youtube) and it didn't work, when I sent them a video showing this, they made a 180 turn and went from we'll try to help you to I'm sorry you don't like the quality of your product we will give you 10% discount and you can keep the earphones or gift them to someone. Gee thanks, who wouldn't want a pair of broken air pods as a gift? When I insisted on a full refund they said they would give me 15% and when I said this is still not enough, as it covers basically nothing I paid for the full price for a broken product, they went silent. I am also sure whoever wrote the good reviews are probably their employees.

modenker.com & scollor.com - check out their TrustPilot reviews. Both are 1 star and warning of scams!!

They are a scam company from China that send out extremely poor quality items, charge extra for special shipping (which they do not provide) and go silent when you try to return the poor quality cheap items.

AVOID!!

DO NOT buy from the company. It took them 4 weeks to send me my item. I paid extra for expedited shipping which never happened. I have gone back and forth with them to have my shipping refunded and they only gave me a parcial refund and will not provide reason for the parcial refund even though it was there mistake. I ordered a phone case and what I received was a sticker and a frame for a phone. NOT what I ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have false advertisement and the worst customer service. Horrible company

Tried to work with company to resolve issues with no resolve and no resolve with PayPal other than pay outrageous charges to return package to company. I am out $36 and their suggestion was to gift the unsatisfactory item! Avoid this company at all costs. It’s a scam!
