4 month refund

I placed an order in January. The order never shipped and I was never given any updates on the status. It then took me until April to get fully refunded for my order. Customer service was incredibly slow (at times going weeks before getting a response), order updates never took place - it seems more like a scam than a real company.

Return requests ignored — had to dispute with my credit card

I requested a return for a nonfunctional item that wouldn't pair to the Find My feature on iPad, despite being advertised as a compatible device. I followed up multiple times over several weeks. The company responded sporadically (asking questions like if I could try an iPhone and whether the item was in original packaging), but never provided return instructions and then stopped responding entirely.

Because they didn't comply with their posted return policy and repeatedly ignored my return requests, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer, which ruled in my favor. Disappointing experience and poor follow-through on returns.

DO NOT BUY their products

DO NOT BUY their products. Terrible customer service. I bought a glasses finder. It worked fine for 9 months, then it would not recharge. I exchanged approx 10 emails with the company including about how to reset it. My last email from them they would send a replacement.(Dec 2025) BUT it never arrived and now they do not answer my emails. Dreadful company, atrocious service.

I wish I had come to TrustPilot first

I wish I had come to TrustPilot before I bought the product. I've had the tracker for less than a month and the device that attaches to my eyeglasses is wobbly already. I wrote to customer service and got back a response asking if I had used the adhesive supplied with the product. I wrote back that I had and now--silence.

Fungere virkelig dårligt

Fungere virkelig dårligt, og den glemmer hele tiden kortet over huset, så den skal nulstilles hele tiden.
Og lige efter den er blevet 2 år gammel virker den slet ikke mere.

Product defect, no reply from support or sales

Bought Orbit Glasses EU on their website. Fast shipment to Germany.
Battery cannot be charged, thus only responsive/trackable when connected to charger => useless.
Contacted support twice => no reply
Contacted sales to get RMA number =>no reply

This is a terrible product

This is a terrible product, I think it may actually be a scam. The product does not hold charge for more than a couple hours. The customer service is horrible and they refuse to allow return although they do have a return policy. I am giving up after 4 to 5 back-and-forth emails with the customer service team. They take several days to respond and continue to refuse to help. It was a huge mistake to purchase.

What's worse than a company whose product stops working? I'll tell you

It's a company whose product stops working, then promises to send a replacement, then goes mute, intermittently answering just often enough to keep you from doing anything about it, then finally stops answering.

I purchased an Orbit Velo and the product itself worked fine (until it no longer did). I have now been using a KNOG Scout Bike Locator and am happy to have made the switch.

Utterly useless waste of $40

Well it looks like I'm not the only one furious at their horrible customer service. I have no idea if this device (the so-called eyeglass tracker) actually works or not because after six or seven emails to Customer Service went unanswered, I gave up. Then I finally got a response in which I was promised a video that would assist me in the answers to my questions -- and of course I never got sent the promised video email. When I asked her why it had taken her so long to answer my emails given that I had been writing for over a week she said she was out of the office. So does that mean they only have one customer service person and there's no coverage when she's not available? Terrible terrible terrible company!!! do not buy!!

This crappy Little device may or may not work but you would never know it from the instructions, which are incomprehensible and obviously written by somebody who doesn't speak English. They do not answer their phones; they do not answer emails; and when it failed to work after my first use of it I spent hours searching for a so-called reset button which was nowhere to be found and I finally discovered that was because it's hidden underneath the place where you paste it onto your glasses. Which means that if you have to reset the device, which I immediately had to do after it worked for five minutes, you have to tear it off your glasses and they give you exactly 3 little teeny weenie sticky pieces for the lifetime of the object. If it needs to be reset every couple of weeks it'll be good for about a month and then you'll never be able to use it again. A total waste of $40.

I spent $608,200 at this electronic store, expecting high-quality products and reliable service, but it was a disaster. The items were faulty, and returns were met with hidden fees, endless delays, and fake excuses. Customer service was useless, offering no real solutions.

Thankfully, the name in my bio helped me recover a significant amount. Without them, I’d have been left with nothing. Avoid this store—they’re nothing but scammers preying on customers.

Faulty product. Did not alert either one of us when left behind. I can see their new home with whoever found my $300 pair of glasses. So what?

No resolution after 4 months with non-funcitonal product

The product did not work when I received it. Numerous emails back and forth with the help desk. Including numerous responses that the ticket was about to be closed if I did not respond in 24 hours, always when I was awaiting a response from them. I'm assuming the ticket is now closed without my being notified. Asked me to send me a video of my trying to get the device to work, which is a first for me. Said they would send another device last month. Nothing yet. It's March and this all started in November. I'm more concerned that I wasted so much time emailing back and forth than that I lost that money. I was willing to return the device for a replacement.

Absolutely nothing worked (would not connect to bluetooth) upon first opening package. No customer support. A scam! Avoid. SAMs should be ashamed of selling crap that doesn't work out-of-the-box, but SAMs doesn't care.

No customer service

My Orbit Key and phone stopped connecting despite being right next to each other. It’s happened before but this had now lasted for 2 days.

I raised a customer care ticket and got an immediate response asking what model I have. I was impressed and replied instantly.

9 hours went by with no further contact.

24 hours went by and still no response.

Nothing heard from them again.

As others have said, it’s a great product when it works but it’s actually worse than useless when it doesn’t. You believe you can rely on it so you adapt your behaviour, only to discover you can’t.

And then, to make it worse, you find out you can’t rely on customer service either.

The worst Customer Service

The worst Customer Service, I’ve ever experienced. I had two of the trackers that were not functional at all, and I could not get anybody to help me or replace them. They work great when they work and they work terrible when they don’t. Overall, I would give this company a one. With all the money I’ve spent on these trackers I can just replace a pair of loss glasses.
