Costelloes EV Avis

From start to finish the whole process was smooth and all the staff were fantastic in their professional approach to each part of the process.

Very quick to answer initial contact and book the next available slot for installation. I'd just bought an EV and new to charging. The team kept everything straightforward and the choice of charger was fairly obvious for our situation. The Ohme ePod compact home EV charger looks and functions exactly as we wanted, just a simple socket (no fixed trailing cable) and app for full control. The install was quick, clean and neat. Very professional, responsive and down to earth team. Highly recommended.

Service to the highest standard, a very professional business with friendly staff from quotation to completion. They are recommended on the GOV.uk website, hence why I reached out to Costellos. RAMS provided were to a very high standard. The engineers discussed the installation process beforehand and carried this out safely and without too much disruption. Paperwork was provided after completion which confirmed installation is within legislation. I'm sure I'll be using them again.

Excellent work installing in the outbuildings of an old farmhouse.

Costelloes were suggested by the car salesman and they were excellent from the initial enquiry through to the job being completed. Amy was very helpful, and the fitting team Monika & Tony were very good.
All appointments kept as promised and the price was competitive, I would definitely recommend them

Easy process from booking to installation to the training on the electric charge and app. Amy was really helpful and gave me the option regarding chargers etc. installation team were great and the charger/cable route doesn’t have any negative impact to the front of the property. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service with a 'can do' attitude. Highly recommended

The up front site survey carried out by Costelloes EV provided an important opportunity to discuss compliance with regulations etc. In addition it was an opportunity to rule out any installation issues and seek guidance regarding choice/location of charger. The visit was both valuable and reassuring so we had no hesitation in placing an order.

The installation, commissioning and instruction in the use of the system were of a high standard. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.

Documentation including the Building Regulations Certificate of Compliance & SP Energy approvals were provided.
