Cottonsafe Natural Mattress Avis 

Had a very friendly and personal experience in the show room where I was able to try the range of matresses and ask all the questions I needed to. The mattress Jamie and Becca helped me choose has worked wonders to alleviate the back pain that I was waking up with every day on my previous mattress, so I'm a very happy customer.

The mattress is so comfortable. My only comment is that a few weeks on, it still has that farmy scent of organic wool. I’ve a very strong sense of smell but would have expected it to be slightly more treated to remove that smell. It’s hard to ignore.

Best Mattress We've Ever Slept On! We drove to Devon for a weekend, so we could try out the mattresses before we decided. It was well worth the journey, even though in the end I picked the same one I'd prefered on line. The owner kindly came in on his day off to let us try them and answered all our questions with no pressure. The delivery was well within the promised time and, since day one, we have absolutely loved our Cottonsafe mattress! Genuinely the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on and my husband agrees it’s simply superb! I’m actually a sleep researcher and am scolding myself for waiting this long to invest in an amazing, sustainable, mattress. The clincher in choosing to buy our mattress here. Is that they are a small, family owned company, using local cotton and wool from farms close to where they’re made.

From the initial telephone conversation to receipt of the mattress was brilliant, a very easy process. The advice given was second to none. The mattress was delivered very quickly and extremely well packaged. As for the mattress, what can I say other than "Fantastic" both my wife and I are now sleeping great, the workmanship is top quality, don't hesitate from buying from this company you won't regret it. We shall not hesitate in recommending their products ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Vegan Choice Mattress and Pillows was for use by my wife and she is totally delighted with her purchase. Being a small lady she would have preferred that it was 2" lower, but says the "climb" in, is always worth it.

I have brought a few things from Cottonsafe, based on them being toxic free. I highly recommend them based on their ethos of the importance of this (which this subject matter does not appear to be known by the masses).
Their customer care both pre and post purchases has been the quality I had anticipated, with them being informative, not pushy and friendly.

I purchased the Sidmouth double mattress last year. No complaints since receiving it, from myself or my partner. Very good quality and comfortable and worth the money. When I need another mattress, there is absolutely no reason why I will not be looking to Cottonsafe again! Keep up the great workmanship!

Also purchased, 2 mattress protectors, the one most recently being by the brand Panda. Happy with both.
Also pillow and pillow protectors, which again I would recommend.

This is my second purchase of the child mattress. My children love the mattresses and sleep well using them. I would recommend them to parents who want a healthier mattress that meets fire regs. I have also bought a few of the mattress protectors which are great also.

CottonSafe was the only company I found which offered a non toxic small double size kids mattress which fits on the bottom of the triple sleeper that we got for our daughter. All standard ones offered by other companies were too deep. The mattress is great quality and so comfy. Very happy customers!

I really enjoy this mattress: not heavy, good materials, feels good. One cannot “have it all” though: in my dream world it would have been thicker, but then again it wouldn’t have been this light. The smell lasted 3 days or so - which was good 😊

Good delivery and customer service made the whole process very manageable and the exchange bed has been very satisfactory.

Great service and a lovely product. Brilliant communication throughout and all questions were answered in a very timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Becca and Jamie were very helpful when we needed a new mattress. They made a bespoke mattress for our 4 - now 5 year old. We had bought a mid sleeper.
They proved a wealth of advice and knowledge and showed us the materials and the process.

Great communication. Delivery was a bit delayed but the company tried their best to assist. My daughter appears comfy in her new mattress.

Happy with the materials but sadly the pillow I bought is not extremely firm and uncomfortable. Such a shame as it was not cheap and there were not other options.

This is a fantastic company that really cares about customer service and creating wonderful products. Their mattresses which are sensational and like sleeping on a cloud are made with no toxic chemicals. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

brill - great service great mattress

Toppers took longer to arrive than promised. When they did arrive one was shorter than the other by almost 10 cm. It was collected and a new one made but the whole process took quite some time.
However, the toppers are well made and very comfortable.

I held off buying a mattress because I wanted a natural one and I am so happy with this one. The delivery was great and the mattress is beautiful and so comfy. I just LOVE it. It was well worth the wait and I would recommend the company and the mattress to everyone. In fact I DO! THANK YOU
