Initially very pleased with purchase although now having worn it twice I find that some poppers are very difficult to join-different sizes perhaps?-and the lower part of the zip is extremely difficult to join and get to work. Having worn it I will make the most of it as it has worked very well on two wet days in the field.

slow delivery, had to chase up and took 3 days before I got a return email, stock that was showing on the website they didn't actually have. However items are fine when they did eventually arrive

The gilet was so smart and much appreciated by the recipient. However, it did not arrive in time for a big birthday. I had to email and phone to chase the order up. If there is a problem with dispatching an order, which can happen, then the client should be immediately advised and not have to chase up. It is simple enough to send an email advising of a delay in despatch.
