1st order was super quick 2nd order…
1st order was super quick 2nd order 'got lost', nearly 4 weeks later and 1 phone call and an apology my items arrived. Cant decide whether I'll order again as contained a b'day present that ended up being late.

You placed your order at 2323hrs on 18th, we despatched the following day by Royal Mail Track24 MZ114294355GB. This is the first we have learned that it hasn't arrived. It would have been far more useful and beneficial to mail us rather than post on Trustpilot as we would have sent another product straight away!

We are sorry to learn this. We despatched in good faith one day after order receipt and provided tracking number. Royal Mail have completely failed to deliver. The first we have learned of this was your email which was only received 1 hour before this review not giving us chance to respond or action. Our MD has emailed you privately and we await your response.

Great in everything. Fast delivery, etc. Also, once an item is in your basket, and maybe you don't buy immediately, and the total amount of goods left drops to zero, your goods remain allocated to you.

The Jack pike knife was what I needed…
The Jack pike knife was what I needed as an every day utility knife. Fits on my quiver belt when at archery. Good quality and I like the engraving on the wooden side plates.

Great shirt, but delivery date an issue.
The price and quality of my shirt was great. Delivery was the let-down as I didn't get a delivery date for 2 weeks. I had to chase via email & phone. A proactive email telling me there were supply chain issues would have stopped me being grumpy.

Good product, overpriced delivery
I bought a French collar. The product itself is excellent and high quality. What annoyed me a little was I paid £6 delivery for this collar and it was supposed to be sent 24 hour royal mail. If it was dispatched when I was emailed it took 48 hours and even then, I find it difficult to believe that it costs £6!

It is not my role to research delivery options for your clients. I am aware of delivery costs and in my experience the option that you chose was expensive and not delivered within the 24 hour time period. Given your response I will not purchase anything further from you and I would advise others to shop elsewhere.

We are absolutely dumfounded by your comments! You placed an order on SUNDAY 3/9 at 2122hrs. We despatched on MONDAY at 1313hrs. We used a TRACK24 Service with Royal Mail. You have pictures and proof of delivery showing the same. So why are you annoyed at a turn around of less than 15 hours? Unfortunately Royal Mail didn't deliver until 6/9 at 1106hrs, they sometimes can't fulfil a Track24 service to parts of Scotland but to criticise us for that is wrong! Further, so is your comment about postage cost. We pay £4.50 + VAT (£5.40), we then need to add cost of packaging and labour. We should charge over £7. If you can find a lower price please do let us know as we would love to be able to charge less!
In closing please do read our delivery policy https://www.country-catalogue.co.uk/delivery-returns. You will see it clearly says we aim to deliver within 5 working days!

That is your prerogative but we delivered as promised and far quicker than our policy. Your response to lower your review is incredulous. Likewise, we would advise anyone not to accept orders from you (this was £14 in total) given this behaviour not aimed at being constructive but at being destructive. We don't want or need you to research for us but perhaps making sweeping remarks isn't wise without knowing or appreciating or trying to understand the facts!
