Beware - Car Insurance Scam

Beware
I had never heard of this company before I started receiving emails from them regarding a claim for car finance. When I notified them that I already had representation they came back to me with a form that I'd apparently filled in and signed giving them authorisation to represent me on this matter.
I'd never even heard of this company, already had representation and have never filled in such a form. The signature is not mine. The IP address that was used at the time the form was apparently filled in is 48 miles away from where I live.
Despite this clearly not being geniune, they continue to hound me.

I had to phone Coumacs legal because of a mix up with several Pcp claims i have with them, i have to say i what an excellent professional company to work with. I would personally like to thank Sughara who took me through my concerns, super professional, thank you so much. 5 star recommended legal company.

I can confirm that Sughara was professional, efficient and friendly clearly addressing my enquiry.

I thank him for answering my questions and keeping me updated in reference to each of my current claims.

Caught out in car finance claim

It looks like I was signed up to 2 legal representatives for the car finance claim and I was seeking advice. Mohammed Sirjat was the representative that I spoke with and his calm manner in discussing this was extremely helpful.
