Excellent easy to enquire not feeling pushed into anything and excellent followup phone calls to offer help and support

I was looking for an online course and came across online study college. I enquired and within an hour I got a phone call from a very lovely and helpful lady called Kelly. She talked me through the whole course and explained how everything works and made everything very clear. She was very polite and helped me enrol on the same day. The price was very reasonable and she welcomes me very nicely to the online college. The next day I got my log in details for my online portfolio and my hardware study pack will be here tommorrow . Evrything happened so quickly but smoothly. I wanted to start it ASAP as I was not doing anything else at the moment. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to do an online course. Thankyou so much for the amazing experience 😊

S far the response looks encouraging yet to find out more details before a decision is made

After making an online enquiry for information, I received texts and e-mails telling me how to get in touch. So I did phone the helpline for advice as my query wasn't straightforward.
The operative tasked to help me was busy so her colleague said she would phone me back within a few minutes. To my suprise i was called back virtually straight away.
I found the operative helpful, efficient knowledgeable and honest.

Brilliant site ... Very easy to navigate ... Lots of information covering a wide range of subjects ... Quick response from the site on making an enquiry ... All in all incredibly helpful, can’t fault it ... First step on route to becoming an accountant 👍🏻
