And took two weeks to receive !!

Rip off, as other people have said i should have read the reviews first. I ordered a Levi jacket but what eventually turned up was not what was advertised. The jacket was that cheap and poor quality they didn't even put a fake label on it. I have sent an email to the email address provided which has been returned- unable to deliver.

Similar to others experience. I ordered this via instagram. There was no suggestion it wasn’t a UK based company.

Took three weeks to arrive and was too small. I tried to contact customer services (in Hong Kong) and there is only an email address. No response from the email and an occasional bounce back email saying the address doesn’t exist.

There stuff is crap I saw the reviews only after I brought something I wish I hadn’t the coat isn’t even the brand they say it is also it’s supposed to be 4xl try 2xl at best it’s a con if I could get refund but that’s impossible

This site is a total scam, do not touch them at all.
After many emails to and fro they finally agreed to a return. I duly sent a terrible black dress back. Poorly made and the shape/size wasn't suitable for any body shape. Now I am back in an email coversation again re my return. I am going to have to accept I have lost my money. Do not touch this site. Complete and utter scammers.

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM. Very poor quality,I mean really really poor. Certainly not as advertised in the photos on the website,and certainly not worth the money. and don't even try to return the items to Hong Kong,you will not be refunded your money.My items were returned via royal mail.Best avoided, buy your clothes elsewhere.

If zero stars was an option, I’d select it. Impossible to contact about an order, contact details provided are fake. Item said it was on its way for weeks, nothing received.

Good luck getting your money back. Cheap products, claiming to be major brands but are awfully made. Told me I had to send the items back to China, for a full refund. Absolute SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They take your money and don’t send the goods. Their email address doesn’t work so it’s impossible to get in touch with them.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The first thing you need to know is this company is in China. Items take forever to get to you. The size is much too small and when you try to return they make it almost impossible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Always check the reviews.

What an idiot. I review literally everything but on this occasion I looked for reviews after I had ordered 😫😳 The stunningness and flow of the dress hooked me in. You would expect to find this on a market stall for £10 but you wouldn't buy. Very poor quality stitching, stitched with white which makes it look even cheaper. You can see the cheap elastic on the wrists. Pretty straight body, nothing like the flowing dress on the website. The design of roses is beautiful. It doesn't even have a couture Urban label. I could have brought 4- 5 lovely charity shop dresses for the price of this. Emails sent several times informing me of payment, postage etc, so at least there was that 🤔

Do not use this company it is a scam and will take your money only.

If I could rate this company as no stars I would. They are a SCAM. The dresses sent were totally the wrong size, and after a ridiculous amount of emails trying to get the returns address it became obvious that they had no intention of ever giving me my money back even if I sent the parcel to them in China. DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY. They will send you rubbish and steal your money

Have reported this scam company to LEVI and they are investigating. Suggest everyone else do so too.

Not sure what is more ridiculous, myself not checking reviews before ordering or the paper thin 'Levis' bomber jacket that arrived. Would barely fit a newborn child.

Update - they replied to me saying 'Levi' is a common word and not mean't to be a make or link to Levis.......be careful when you search on Levis jackets as they are the first link to pop up.

Cheap Chinese rubbish. Thought I was buying a Levi bomber Jacket and what turned up was pound shop quality and would not even fit my 15 year old son. Literally ripped off and no chance of a refund. Return address in HongKong. If you were smarter than me and read the reviews first, just avoid at all costs.

Ordered a jacket then canceled hour later after reading reviews. Sent email saying do not expect payment from my bank. They sent email back saying they will offer discount and I refused. They took the money sent item that is cheapest made jacket I’ve seen. Thread hanging out thinner than tracing paper and the jacket would fit a six year old, I’m a man’s medium. I have no chance of getting money back. Do not use this company it’s a rip off. And please check reviews of any company first before buying.

30 emails to get the return address and it a different one to the one on there site.
Simply try to go around everything the return even of sent goes to a different a address and they refuse refund of not delivered .

Honestly I will be reporting them to trading standards

Absolute rubbish ,will never use this company again. Ordered a pair of large cargo pants which when they eventually arrived after about three weeks wouldnt fit a small child the quality was also very poor. After struggling to find any information about returns, I found out they have to be posted back to an address in hong kong, and im expected to foot the bill, never again absolute scam.
