This is definitely a scam website and the clothing is so cheap and nasty. I purchased an item very quickly and am now kicking myself that I didn’t do my research first. The item I purchased was called Levi| bomber jacket so I stupidly thought it was the Levi’s brand! Nope no where near. The item arrive very late and is a cheap material and so thin that you wouldn’t want to wear it as a jacket! There are no labels in the item as they have been cut out. I’m trying to get a refund but I would need to send it back to Hong Kong to do that which will cost me as much as it’s worth. The company say they are a small uk company but beware as they clearly are not! Do not buy from here. You can’t see any reviews on their webpage even though they say they have good reviews and you can’t post one either.

Along with other reviewers this is just rubbish that arrives skip ready. Nothing like photos. Wrong size fits no one. Bought in haste repenting in other company’s leisure wear. Honestly a no star rating would be too good for this crap.

Ordered a £44.95 Levi made to sound like Levis bomber jacket and when it arrived the quality was awful and the size which was supposed to be xxxl was not even and medium.

Then instead of a refund they offered a 50% discount to another product. Scam company shipping from Hong Kong needs to be reported to trading standards

When item eventually arrived, looked nothing like photo. (Kerby fleece). When enquired about returns, told me I could keep item and get 50% off another item which I declined. Then told me I could keep item and get 10% refund or return item to china which would cost me €20 to €40 (item £35). At this point I gave up and told them to forget it. My advice is don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

This company should be reported as a scam. I ordered a dress it took 3 weeks to arrive and it’s not fit to clean the floor with! It’s shoddy material badly made and the sizing is ridiculous. I ordered XL which should be a UK 16 it’s more a UK size 10 that I’ve got. Trying to get a refund is impossible, they’re offering 50% discount off another order. There’s no way I’ll be ordering anything else from them, I’m just sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased the rubbish dress I’m now stuck with.

I’ve reported this company to National Crime Agency, maybe if others on here do the same they could be stopped in their scamming tracks.

Awful shoes, cheap/low quality, nothing like the photos, long delivery time, poor packaging. Following complaint, my Mum was told to either “give them away or receive 50% off the next purchase” (absolutely no chance of ordering again!) Shocking, AVOID!!!

Do not order from this site, merchandise is absolutely rubbish and you will never get a refund.

Ordered 2 jackets. Both different to their description in the website and wrongly sized. They had no size labels on them, and were awful quality.
When contacted they refused a refund and just kept offering more offers "to make things right".
Reported to my bank who refunded me.

Ordered 3 fleece jumpers took 3 weeks to arrive but they are terribly made a waste of money nobody should have any business with this company

Scam website.. dropshipping cheap crap from china, items are not as depicted on the website and it all went in the bin. You are forced to pay the returns which is more than the items themselves and no refunds are given. Complete scam

Ordered a light bomber style jacket said to be levis, however on arrival was just a cheap piece of crap no make at all was to small to wear looked like it had a label on it which had been cut off near the collar inside. Took two weeks to arrive from Hong Kong after it stated on there website royal mail would deliver. Total con scam jacket went straight in the bin. Avoid these con artists.

Do not buy from this so called company bought a alledgely Levi. Jacket. xxxl would not fit a child could not get refund SCAMMERS

Wow! Avoid this mob like dysentery! No idea what they actually sent but it is miles from what they advertised. Utter pony, don’t fall for it.

I've ordered Christmas jumper for £ 34.99 with the discount (initially price was £100). They advertised it as a fluffy and embroidered item on description and photos were confirming that as well. But when it came, it was full disappointing. It looked like a jumper for £1, and I am not exaggerating. I demanded a prepaid return label because the item I ordered didn't match the description. They offered me a few different ways to deal with that but non of them suggested getting my money back. ( they wanted me to order more items and gave the discount or buy 2 and 3d for free etc) The main thing is when I had the dispute via email with them, they warned me not to proceed with PayPal, otherwise it would damage my "purchase history "... just think about it. They are absolute scamers. The problem was that I did make purchase via PayPal, I used Google Pay. And I lost this battle because when Monzo contacted merchant, they changed description on their website

I really wish I’d checked the reviews before buying, as I’ve never used this site before and clearly made a mistake. I waited over 4 weeks for this jacket and it’s a total joke. It’s supposed to be Levi’s, but it’s just a cheap, dreadful quality knock-off.

The sizing is completely off—it’s definitely not a Medium—and they are making it impossible to get a refund or send it back. Total rip-off. Save your money.

I bought Levi Men’s Lightweight Bomber Jacket with Stripe Detail from Couture Urban for £44.95 and I waited over two weeks to receive the jacket which was shipped from Hong Kong. The quality is so poor and I would not have even paid £5 for it had I seen in a shop. It is a total waste of money (scam). DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I recently purchased online from Couture Urbain two items described as “Levi Men’s Lightweight Bomber Jackets with Stripe Detail.”

Firstly, despite the product description, the jackets are not genuine Levi’s products. Secondly, they were advertised as reduced from £90.00 each to £44.95 each, with an additional discount for purchasing more than one item. However, when the jackets arrived a couple of weeks later from Hong Kong/China (or another overseas location), their quality was extremely poor. Although I ordered two different sizes, both jackets were identical in size and too small to wear.

There was no return label provided, nor were there any garment labels indicating the composition of the materials. This raises concerns about potential safety risks, and I therefore intend to dispose of the items. In addition, there were no washing or care instructions included.

In total, this purchase cost £80.91 and proved to be a complete waste of money. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend caution when purchasing from this retailer. In future, I will purchase Levi’s products directly from the official Levi’s website or authorised retailers.
