The illustration was accurate but flattering, beautifully colored and it incorporated my favorite flower. Jacob from customer service quickly and cheerfully communicated the one small change I wanted to make to the drawing, so the end result was something I was 100% happy with

Enjoyed the customer service I received when purchasing Covatar. I gave as many pic examples as possible, leaving me anticipating on the end results and thought the artist did its justice. She also listened to my requests to add my personal flair.

The only thing is that I wasn't a fan of a button up top they had me wearing, but if I really wanted it to be a certain way, I could've said something beforehand. I felt that it would've been too much work for the artist to change the top afterwards. Because everything else was fantastic.

I'll definitely be doing this for Xmas gifts for family and friends and will be interested to see the end result!

Covatar was wonderful - the process to order is super simple and it's so helpful to be able to include details that can be incorporated into the portrait. Highly recommended! I tried Covatar for the first time for a portrait of me & my fiance. The portrait is so cute and it captured us pretty accurately. Wanted minor changes for the colors and the artist did a quick turnaround and delivered too. It turned out great and we used it for our wedding e-invite.

Honestly it's a bit of digital flair we all need right now. It was worth it for my first picture, and then we got everyone in our whole family one too. Make sure to be clear with the artist when making it, they will zero in on any detail you give them so make them important.
