Worst customer support and worst product for industrial use and personal use. I will never buy or recommend anyone.

Needed an additional part for my pressure washer. Reached out to customer service. Spoke with someone named Becky and she was great and responded within a timely manner. Sent out the part I needed next day.

Purchased my Fanttik vacume in Dec. It shuts off after 22 seconds. Fanttik keeps running me in circles and passing me on to a different person. S far there is no solution and they are not willing to refund my money.

bought a 5100 Apex inflator. I can't get it to work. Called Fantikk customer service to get a tech to troubleshoot. Said to write them rather than to talk to a tech, Bought it at Costco. Customer service is terrible.

I used to procrastinate so very much cutting down boxes for recycling. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.

I've used it for months now without even having to recharge! Currently at 85%, guess I better let the USB cord have its way.

Experience is great to work here. Extra income is possible here easily.

Hab einen Fanttik V8 Apex bestellt gehabt. Dieser wurde nur beim Reifenwechsel benutzt um die montierten Räder auf den richtig Druck zu bringen. Nach etwas über einem Jahr und 16 Reifen ging der Kompressor kaputt. Garantie ist nur 1 Jahr auf das Produkt. Support hatte nicht reagiert. Kauft euch am besten direkt ein anderes Produkt. Viel zu teuer für diese kurze Langlebigkeit

Worked well for 1 year. We used to be able to top off all 4 tires easily on one charge.

After that it would only charge to 3 bars.

Now it charges to 3 bars but when used immediately thereafter, it will quickly drop down to 2, and then 1 and then off, all before you can put 5 pounds of air in one tire.

Will be replacing it with an Airmoto as a friend has one and LOVES it.

I called 3 days ago and still waiting on customer service. When you call you cannot speak to anyone.
At this point I'm very disappointed.
I have only had my vac for 3 weeks and charged it once. now its not working

After receiving one of their electric screwdrivers as a gift I absolutely loved it. Shortly there after I have purchased several other of their products from a precision screwdriver set to the hand vac.. Unfortunately after using one of the torx bits the tip was twisted, I contacted their customer support as was able to get it replaced hassle free. GREAT products, EXCELLENT customer service and a warranty that they stand behind.

It's great for working in confined spaces where it's difficult to use a manual screwdriver. The case is great for keeping the bits organized.

Grinding toolset had to be resent because it failed to ship after 2 weeks. Customer service was great about getting it shipped out in 4 days after contacting them.3rd item purchased within 2 months. Great quality tools for the money so far. Just realize that items take longer to receive than 3 to 4 days listed at checkout.

Hi my boyfriend tried plugging in the charger and unfortunately it doesn’t charge ! The green light will come on for a split second and immediately turn off. Please help and let me know what we can do about this please and thank

Fast inflation, easy adjusyments.

Ordered two children’s play cars for my grandchildren. Never arrived. Complained several times (Yu Yu) who said that the goods were with the courier but after 10 months I have given up chasing. No offer of a refund. Terrible service. Do not use these clowns.

I like that Fanttik advertises their discounts themselves and I don't have to search Amazon or the Web at large to find the best price. I ordered it right on their website.
I received the vacuum in a reasonable amount of time.
Free shipping no less.
The vacuum works as advertised.
I like all of the attachments, one way or the other you can get at whatever you are trying to vacuum.
My 992.2 911 has a lot of nooks & crannies to get at.
I bought this vacuum specifically for this car.
I wanted small & lightweight.
Good product, I recommend it.
Hopefully it stands the test of time.
