I never received product. Cannot file claim with protection as you provided inadequate documentation. Still have no vacuum!

Well packaged. Products worked ss advertised.

The product is great, my husband loves it. And the shipping was really fast.

I have purchased a Fanttik product before and all have been good, made well and of high quailty.

I'm waiting for my product and I don't know anything about it I don't know if it's going to arrive or not 👎 they should have updates to know if the order is fine or was canceled or will arrive late

Fanttik makes great products. Their products are high quality and perform well. Even when you have an issue, they promptly respond and resolve the issue right away. I probably own 12-13 products from Fanttik and have been impressed with the quality and performance. I bought two vacuum cleaners on the same day, one arrived on the 14th, and the other hasn't been received yet. You should quickly find a way to help me find it. I think you are too inefficient. I'm very unhappy and have a very unpleasant shopping experience.

Order processing is horrendously slow. After 2 weeks, my order still has not shipped and still waiting. This is the first time ordering from Fanttik and it could be the last. It has not been a good experience.
The improvement needs to be 100% on quicker processing orders.

The innovation and quality of their products are top notch. I was first introduced to the brand when Costco was selling the auto air pump for automobile. I purchased that particular item. I was impressed by it. I thought it was a generic brand but after researching the brand, finding out the whole other gadgets that they have in their inventories. I am really impressed.

Support was excellent after a hiccup with the shipping.

I ordered a tape measure with a discount code got the confirmation email, then nothing for 5 days I emailed them asking when will It be posted, nothing for another two days , I literally thought they were a scam company,so I emailed them that I'm reporting them to my bank for fraud and magically they got straight back to me, where I said I want a refund, they said they cancelled my order and are issuing a refund the money hasn't been received yet but it was today so that's normal , and they said the item was out of stock I checked their website it says the item is in stock but the price raised by £20 , so I think they didn't want to sell the item at the promotion price they agreed, I'd never order from this company again, and not actually convinced they will give my £60 back , if so I'll take it up with my bank

I am extremely disappointed my package was stolen. I reported to Fantik and I was told I needed to use their 3rd party to resolve this issue. They had me file a police report which I did and they would still not replace or refund. The whole experience was awful.

Easy to get the order done and the tracking was great.

Package arrived timely. Buttons are intuitive. I tested on a wheel that was low psi and the unit works well! Grateful to have a lightweight option for future flat-fixing on the go.

I bought my first electric mini inflator (the X9) last year. I use it as an emergency pump when I have flat tires on my cycle rides. It’s compact, well designed and easy to use. Love the way it securely attaches to the valve stem and how easy it is to use. It stopped charging a few days ago. I contacted the company, showed them the problem and within 2 days I received a replacement. I loved the quick response to my emails (always within 24 hours, usually quicker) The CSR understood my issue quickly and gave me knowledgeable responses quickly and ultimately solved the issue. I’m very satisfied with Fanttik and recommend any of their products.

It's toy not tool. Torque not real . Low speed made from low voltage not from change gear - result less torque. Not replacing battery, if battery dry need waiting for charge and if battery will be died your screwdriver need turn to garbage.

I bought 2 products, one got lost and reimbursed. I wanted the product but they refused to send it again on time. I am not buying again.
