Cozy T-shirt Store Avis 

Well it took forever to get my shirt. Needless to say nice material but i ordered a 2x and it fit as if it was a large :(

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered my shirt on April 14 and it’s now May 19 and I still don’t have my shirt! I don’t get it. How long does it possibly take to print a design on a shirt and ship it?? And they keep telling me I can’t have a refund. Save your money and don’t buy from these guys! Should have gone to my local t-shirt shop and I would have had it in 3 days, even with covid-19 going strong! Don’t do it!

It's TRUE the shirt did take about 7 weeks to ship but these guys are still faster than other companies I have used during the coronavirus pandemic. My shirt is comfortable, fits perfectly, and the quality is amazing. If you want a graphic tee shirt these guys are the best!

I understand with covid the workers are orobably not there printing as much. My order took a long time to get to me. I LOVE MY SHIRTS THOUGH!

Size is perfect. Print and color was exactly as shown. Have worn my shirts and washed them several times in warm water but so far no fading or shrinking...great quality. Will definitely be a returning customer ❤

I ordered a Hooded sweatshirt, M perfect size I’m 5’3” 154 lb. Color and print are very good!

Print on shirt looked nothing like the picture. My print ended up being very small and print was placed right in the middle of my shirt so it is where my belly is. And yes I got the right size shirt. I emailed them over a week ago, sent pictures and I haven’t heard anything

Ordered from CozyT-shirt in April.. To be exact April, 15th has been in Printing since 4-17-20. I have reached out though email to this company a few times. Other than a generic email back my order is still in the PRINTING stage which will be a month come the 17th ( this Sunday).. Really hoping I did not get scammed from this company and my shirts are on their way before it's winter in NE Ohio. No order should take this long even with COVID-19. I have ordered from others places before and after this order with CozyT-shirt and have received my orders when stated. Really hopefully that their quality is better than their customer service/ production/ shipping in a timely manner. This company should not stated they can deliver a product in 5-15 days from ordering if they are unable to do so.

I purchased several shirts for my daughter. Shirts and printing are great quality. The printing and shipping time was crazy long. It took almost a month to get them. They did keep me updated through emails on the progress of the shirts.She loved them so all is well.

I love the shirts I got ! They are super cute and comfy, will definitely do business with them in the future !

I will never purchase anything from this company again. They have terrible customer service. I purchased a t-shirt for my daughter and I’ve been waiting a month. I’ve sent numerous emails and no one has responded. I understand there are delays due to COVID-19, but I should receive, and expect a response. To make matters worse they charged me an additional $2.50 on my card that I did not approve. I am extremely disappointed with this company!!!!

I have ordered 2 shirts from this place, I haven't heard anything from them, they took their money out of my account but I have no ideal when I'm to receive my shirts

With my daughter being a nurse, and having this t-shirt with the support for nurses available, I bought. The purchase was easy and the shipping was delayed because it was in High Demand.The quality of the shirt and the printing is exceptional. I am a casual T-Shirt wearing kinda guy. I buy from Crazy Shirts at least twice a year. This T-Shirt is of great value to me and our family.
