Cozy T-shirt Store Avis 

I only received 2of the 3 shirts that I ordered it was for my relief. I live the print and they are very comfortable.

I think it is a nice idea but I also think you should not bite off more than you can chew. People do not order with 5-10 days in mind only to have it be 3 weeks and counting. If you cannot keep up with the supply, stop taking orders. Have a shirt "printing" for 19 days is ridiculous. I understand we are in a pandemic. We were when the order was placed. Stop taking orders then. simple.

We love our t shirts. They are comfy too. Thank you for pricing them in a reasonable manner.

I ordered nursing shirts from 4 different online companies on the same day. By far this is the one that delivered first and my t-shirt looks great. As a director of Nursing I appreciate high quality, fast shipping and service excellence specifically when it comes to ordering things that will bless my nurses and show our support and appreciation. The shirt is good quality and fits great. I would order the product again. The only thing that is stopping me from putting 5 stars is the 4 week wait for the product. The original email was all I had to try and track it. I know that the virus has alot of things a little slower and I am willing to wait. I think it was the no communication that was frustrating me. I did receive a day later a e-mail telling me it was delivered.

Customer service sucks! To say the least! The shirts are awesome of course but good luck trying to get ahold of anyone! I made 2 orders, 1 order shipped and delivered late, the other other still pending aka delayed. Instead of emailing and notifying the customer of the delayed there was absolutely NO form of communication so you just sit and wait! Customer service definitely needs worked on! The product is great and sells but bad customer service will drive your customer away.

Arrived and was just what I expected. Can't wait to wear it once we're back " out and about".

I ordered 7 shirts for our office on 4/2/2020. On 4/22 I received 3 of the 4. I've sent numerous e-mails to them only to have a e-mail response that my order was processed, they give a tracking # which tells me they were delivered. The package that came with the 3 received only had the shirts in it and no paperwork indicating the other 4 were still being processed or not.
It is beyond frustrating to not be able to get any information form there claims department or their customer service as to where our other 4 shirts are. You can only correspond thru e-mail and then you receive a generic answer.
The quality of the 3 shirts appear to be good. However due to lack of customer service I would not order again. At this point it looks like I'm going to have to stop payments on the shirts that haven't been received.
