Easy to install and put baby in - only issue was the top tether strap when you have to pull it so clip turns green not very clear and can’t get it to stay green

Got a Morgan car seat from them missing new born insert. Contacted customer service by email and phone no response from any. Avoid at all cost poor customer service and don't respond to phone calls or emails

I bought this car seat for a grandchild. Very quick delivery, well packaged. The seat is robust and easy to use - not yet tested by the child! it will be great being able to use it for a number of years ahead.

Ordered on 14th. and very slow delivery. Finally supposed to be have been delivered by Yodel on 23rd. They say they delivered but we have not received it and their tracking no longer shows it exists. Hopeless.

Took the plunge to buy their rotating car seat as it was over £140+ cheaper than the Cosatto equivalent.

I ordered this after 5PM on the business Christmas month and it came next day with free tracked delivery.

Do not regret it one bit, car seat is amazing and my 8 month son loves it. My 8 month is a very big baby (96% percentile!) and its perfect and spacious for him- comfortable and falls asleep easily on long enough journeys.

I normally don't write reviews but this company deserves it, I genuinely can't believe I got this quality of service and product for less than half the price of what a high street brand would cost me.

DPD failed to deliver my item within the allocated windows on two occasions and have returned it to sender. I am still without it despite ordering over 7 days ago so I have no idea how good the product is. When DPD told me they were returning to sender I messaged Cozy n Safe to express my dissatisfaction, but I have not received a reply.
