Complete scam. Clothes are junk and customer service (I don’t believe they have one) won’t return calls or emails. I’m reporting to The Better Business Bureau.

I ordered 3 t-shirts from Cozymoo on July 27th spending around $75. The size was 3X. Yesterday August 16th I received the t-shirts. When I opened the packages I saw immediately that they were too small but the labels read 3X. I have never been so dissatisfied with a product in my life. Tried calling to complain and all circuits were blocked. Customer Service is atrocious so I sent am email. I want my money back and will never order from this company again.

These people lie nonstop. I bought a clay mask product and then heard nothing. Finally they responded saying it shipped and I would get it in 10-14 business days 7 days after my purchase. Well at day 14 I still had nothing and started emailing. Then they said it shipped and I would have it in 3 to 5 business days. At day 5 i opened a paypal case and emailed them again. After a few days they sent me a tracking link saying hey we shipped your product, only for the tracking to show they just printed a label.

company is a scam. ordered what looks like a great quality item. recieved a real nasty cheep version of what is advertised. tried emailing, email was returned as no email addess, found 2 other email address for this scam, one a gmail. no reply. now having to use paypal to get sorted

I posted about a spinning wind decoration with solar light that I ordered early Dec 2020, Despite a flood of emails supposedly giving progress reports which abruptly stopped 31 Dec 2020 I never received wind spinner. I raised the matter with PayPal and indeed had my money refunded in January 2021.
Early April 2021 I received a wind spinner, lightweight, tacky, flimsy and bent. Was nothing like the marine blue one I ordered, it was sort of rainbow colours and spun from a different point to the one I ordered. I consider it free as I got my money back and it was not what I ordered! It was not worth what I originally paid.

Scam company

I first ordered one Feng Shui bracelet from this company, and then they charged me for two. I contacted them about it and they didn't get back to me, and I had to file a case with Paypal to get my money back and only get charged for one bracelet as I had originally payed for. It has been 5 months now and still have not received my bracelet, and no response from the company. I still payed for one bracelet to be sent to me, and they still have the money that I payed them to have that bracelet. I only got refunded for the second bracelet which I did not want. I've sent them three emails and they have not responded. Horrible company, they should not be allowed to advertise themselves so much. Don't recommend.

I have ordered 2 Louis Vuitton bags from Coyze and received exactly what I ordered and wanted, I was thrilled to find this company, everything is shipped from Dubai and I got them quicker than I thought! I can’t believe I can’t find them online anymore!!!

Never order from this company! It took forever to arrive and when it did the items were WAY too small! Facebook should not have these scams on it! Or is this just like Facebook?

Don't order from thm I still haven't received my item I emailed thm and they keep saying thy r still processing my order and give them time I gave them a month emailed again same email back. I've asked for a refund but they keep saying no and whn thy have shipped it out they give me my tracking number. Which I know now it will not be shipped.
I've emailed PayPal and asked them for a refund such a scam I've put it on Facebook too. What makes me laugh is they said cannot give refund as my order been done but thn thy say thy have a back log of orders and whn mine is done they send me a tracking number. I won't let this go I'll keep reporting them so no-one else gets scammed.

worst compony i have ever dealt with. respond with crap about order still processing and cant cancel order and refund me. i am currently going through pay pal to recover my money. face book need to stop these frauds from advertising on there.
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPONY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a Christmas wreath in November 2020. Received January 20, 2021. I emailed several times in attempt to check the status of my order. All my emails went unanswered. A supposedly $70 wreath on sale for $30. When I received it, it was not only not the wreath I ordered but was nothing like any of the wreaths on their site. I would not have paid $3 for this junk I received had I known what I was getting. It is complete rubbish. I researched returning it for a refund however as it came from China I would be looking at at least $70 to send it back and then who knows if I would ever get a refund anyway. Lesson learned!!!!

I am curious to know if anyone has been successful with PayPal escalations? I just filed a claim today. I understood using PayPal we, as buyers are protected. EDIT: I was paid my claim!

Same as others. Ordered something and no product came. Emails said they were delayed then gave me a fake DHL tracking website that had some code injection COmpany says it's based in Washington and the packing information stated Compton. ALL FAKE. opened a ticket with PayPal.

I placed an order on December 2, it has now been over a month and no tracking. They have been giving me the run around when I email them asking where my product is. I have opened a dispute with PayPal.

I ordered 2 metal spinning turtle ornaments as gifts for Christmas, got multiple emails saying order held in customs, another asking me to order more products as my box was not yet full, when I questioned the delivery was told it was delayed due to COVID. Took the money supposedly thru PayPal but likely a scam also. Total scam, beware of this company!

This company is a complete scam. Ordered a Christmas Tree ornament on 12-5-20 never received it. Not only that they claim that there was an issue with customs but they never provided a tracking number. They are thieves.

This is a SCAM company. I ordered three Christmas ornaments on Dec. 4, 2020 and have not received them and they will not cancel my order. I've emailed them several times. It's now Jan 4, 2021.They keep saying it's in "process"when I send emails to customer service. I've no doubt lost nearly $60. I paid via Paypal, so I'm going to see if I can file a dispute. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WASHINGOAL.

I order a product that never was delivered. No email...nothing. I would not use this company again.
