There should be a negative star for this company. I should know better than to order anything off facebook but the masks were so cute. Anyway I have not received anything but an order conformation which I got on on the day I ordered. They also charged my credit card on that day $97.03. I did get a USPS tracking # but all it says is they are waiting on the shipment. Learned the hard way to read reviews before ordering anything off facebook. Demand refund NOW.

I ordered a mask on 4/19/2020 sent an email to the company on 5/1/2020 with no response. Paypal says I didn't use them when the charge in my account says I did what a scam I will never purchase from them again.

I ordered a hooded hockey blanket online and they sent me almost 3 months later a cheap thin fleece blanket. The item they sent was completely different than the item that was advertised on their site. I started a claim on PayPal and the company said they would refund my money if I sent the item back. Well the item will cost over $100 to send back via UPS. So I’m basically screwed and this company is a COMPLETE SCAM. Never order from this company and let other people know from your social media to not order from them as well.

I ordered 2 masks on April 11, waited 14 business days for my confirmation (supposed to get it in 10 business days), and emailed to see what the delay was. Received the Covid-19 delay reply, was told it would be shipped in a few business days. On May 1 emailed them from another email and got the same reply. Then I noticed the reply name (Yutani Easynfunny) and looked up original email (Shelby Brothers). Did more research and found several complaints with replies from emails named after movie and tv show characters. Contacted PayPal today to file a complaint and request refund. I doubt I’ll get it because my research is showing people are being denied their refunds.

Ordered mask from them said it was delivered and it never was. Its people like you that make us start believing the orange man. I WILL NEVER BUY OVERSEAS AGAIN! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
