Plastering completely wrong, terrible job done.
I hired CPS Premium for plastering work and paid approximately €3,000 in advance (including additional costs). After more than three weeks of work, not a single wall or ceiling had been fully completed. In addition, the property was left extremely messy, with plaster residue and materials left throughout the house.
After nearly four weeks, when less than one-third of the work had been completed, I terminated the project. I had several independent plasterers assess the work. They all indicated that the work was far below standard: no mesh tape had been used on the ceilings, the walls and openings were still uneven, and the work could not be finished but had to be completely redone. This is what ultimately happened—a different plasterer replastered the entire house, including the garden house, within a few days. When I saw how smooth and well-finished it was, I finally understood how a professional plasterer is supposed to work.
As a result, I have not only lost my initial payment, but also incurred additional costs, as corner profiles, among other things, had to be replaced. The total damage amounts to nearly €3,000, excluding the cost of the new work.
To date, CPS Premium refuses to provide a reasonable refund, despite repeated requests.
