Crabtree & Crabtree Avis

First experience with this company and it was excellent. Booking process was easy and property was very well maintained. No issues whatsoever. Looking forward to dealing with them again.

Searching the website was nice and easy and booking was clear. The house was a dream just as described on the site, the one thing that let it down was a lack of response whilst we were there from the office, we got a great response from the property team at Milne Graden itself, however.

In that we have family working locally, we had personal reasons for selecting the area around Hawick for a short break and the Gardener's Cottage at Hoscote was absolutely ideal. Yes, it is a wee bit off the beaten track but it is in the beautiful Borders countryside surrounded by wildlife, expansive scenery, Estate parkland, agricultural enterprises etc etc. The on-line pictures of the Gardener's Cottage belies it's modern, spacious and beautifully fitted out interior.
The welcome from the housekeeper was a treat.
We'll be back.

Very straightforward booking process. Helpful ideas for eating out and activities. Helpful and friendly.

Extremely competent and the company was able to deal straight away with a change of dates for us due to a conflict with my husband’s work diary. The booking was simple and all the processes were clear and well thought out. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to use you again for accommodation in the area you manage properties. Thank yoy

Always use Crabtree and Crabtree because the quality of their cottages is always very good

Host responded almost immediately to any questions we had. Really welcoming, helpful and friendly!

Was easy to book online
Regular updates about our upcoming stay
Clear instructions about facilities and entry instructions

It is amazing. We loved everything about this stay. Totally alone surrounded by nature and all sorts of animals- yet less than a minute from the motorway and access to tons of activities just 10-20 away with a car.

Have been hoping to stay at a C & C cottage and found the perfect location in Ravenscar. When we travel, we expect to have similar comforts and standards as we enjoy at home, and C & C does have a very high standard of properties. The process to book was straightforward and the team very helpful.

I have used CrabtreeCrabtree quite a few times now and honestly say they are excellent to work with from the start of the booking till the end.
Very professional and if you phone them they are exceptional helpful, polite and helpful.
So I’d definitely use them again and would recommend using them.

Great company to deal with and no issues or problems. Kept us well informed.

They are great communicators and their cottages are fabulous.

Easy to book and amazing properties. More properties for reduced mobility please with ground floor facilities, bedrooms, walk in shower and on-site parking. Would also love the choice of paying for cancellation cover. Keep up the good work, great service.

Good selection of high quality properties. We’ve stayed in several different houses run by C&C and they were all appointed to a high standard. The web site is easy to use and provides plenty of details. C&C are a good company to use, responsive, helpful and easy to deal with.

We highly recommend Crabtree & Crabtree – their service really is a cut above.

From the very beginning, Lynn, who handled our booking, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole experience felt personal and welcoming, rather than dealing with a large corporate company.

When we arrived, the cottage was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was the best we’ve ever received, with thoughtful treats like Prosecco as well as essentials such as milk, bread and butter, which made settling in so easy.

The housekeeper, Gail, was also fantastic. She was very supportive and resolved a small issue quickly and efficiently.

We wouldn’t hesitate to book through Crabtree & Crabtree again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class holiday experience.

They are efficient, helpful & friendly.
Easy booking process, good information provided & quick to respond to questions.

A good description which was not only accurate, but also gave a real feeling for the property’s character. Booking easy. Good admin.

I have used Crabtree & Crabtree for many years and it is my first choice for accommodation around the Borders .
A great team to organise your Holiday.

First time with C&C and it was faultless from start to finish so much so we have booked again for August.
We stayed at Round Hill coach house and it was fantastic all round. We done and worthy of 5 stars 🤩
