I spoke with Ria today over the phone to book our flights and hotel for holiday in November. Ria was very helpful, professional from start to finish. Ria explained every aspect of our trip to both my wife and myself as we had the speaker activated on our phone. This way, Ria answered all the questions that both of us had regarding our trip which involved flights, shuttle transfer and hotel accomodation.
