Crabtree & Crabtree Avis

We stayed in such a lovely property and cannot fault the experience itself. I am not a fan of the dynamic pricing at the booking stage, however. We regularly book self-catering breaks and I have never seen the price fluctuate on a daily basis in any other company we have used.

So easy to use and the team were very responsive to my questions. Will definitely be booking more holidays through Crabtree & Crabtree. A very wide selection to choose from. A very good process from booking to arriving and then leaving. Joining instructions were absolutely accurate and the whole experience was just so smooth. Thank you!

Crabtree & Crabtree are a company you can trust. I knew when I made the booking it would be trouble free. I was confident that the photos & description would match the property. And it certainly has.

Crabtree & Crabtree have a great range of properties on their books in interesting locations and at competitive prices. All furnished and presented to a high standard

Excellent service from booking to confirmation emails and arrival information.

Only the second time we have used Crabtree and Crabtree but would not hesitate to use them again. Easy to use website and booking system. Very helpful and keep you informed. The two properties both in Northumberland that we have booked through them have been excellent . Can’t fault them.

I have booked with this company several times and have always been impressed with the standard of properties available and the excellent customer service and communication from Crabtree & Crabtree.
I will definitely book with them again - highly recommended!

Having booked with Crabtree & Crabtree for holiday accommodation in Northumberlanda number of times now, the quality of accommodation is always very high and the service provided is great.

The booking process was very easy and when I had to change my booking to a different date, Crabtree and Crabtree's staff were extremely helpful.

Quick to pick up the phone no canned music, friendly staff making you want to use them again. Thank you on all counts. Fast answer to emails

This is our second booking with Crabtree and Crabtree and we have a third next month. The quality of the properties and the service we receive are excellent and they are my first port of call for any breaks we have in the areas they cover.

Great friendly and quick service, prompts and responses from the C&C team. Lynn was terrific! Thank you for making our stay so easy, personal and straightforward.

A warm welcome. A beautiful well equipped house in a quiet and peace part of Northumbria. With white doves on the doorstep.

Think it’s all been said before but for two people, this little gem is a must if you are visiting the Melrose area. For a start it’s very spacious. We’ve stayed in places where the sofa is a small two seater so you are squashed together watching the tv. At the Sheep Fold, there is a three seater and a two seater sofa plus an arm chair.
There is a super king sized bed and a massive bathroom.
Fantastic shower and exceptionally clean. It’s a must. Hopefully we’ll be back.

Very good communication and quick to respond to any questions. First time used Crabtree & Crabtree, will definitely use them again. Lovely choice of properties.

Helpful and friendly team at Crabtree and Crabtree .
I prefer to book by phone and they have been
most helpful.

Particularly grateful to Jill ,Erin and Katie who dealt with
with my request to extend my visit and enabled me to
pay over the phone .
Thank you ladies .

So easy to book, friendly helpful staff when you need them. All of the properties we have stayed in have been to a high standard, I never worry about standard of the properties, they are always excellent- as is the customer service.

We were impressed with the personal service of Crabtree and Crabtree. Every detail about access and leaving the property was clear and the description of the property was very accurate. All the staff were friendly and very helpful at the property. Freedom to walk in the grounds was much appreciated.

Crabtree and Crabtree have consistently been the absolute best holiday accommodation letting company.
We have stayed in quite a few properties over the years and know that they are friendly, helpful and always have the very best places to stay.

I found using their website clear and easy to use. There is lots of choice. The booking of the cottage was simple and I was sent emails confirming the booking and detailed information on the surrounding area and how to get there.
