Wonderful customer service
I ordered a costume online for Book Week for my child but, unfortunately, she is now unable to attend. I hadn't picked the order up yet and called the store hoping to arrange a refund. Brandon was absolutely lovely and so understanding. He processed the refund for me over the phone there and then. Ordering online was so quick and easy - and I really appreciate the ability to receive a refund. I've found my new go-to costume shop!

The Cracker Jack costumes are of excellent quality and are really striking. Additionally, I accessorized it with some temporary tattoos from the "neck collection" section of . Everyone was really kind and accommodating. My favorite costume shop, with lovely staff, is worth the trip.
