Kim could not have been more helpful. What a great customer service experience I had making my first purchase with your company. Not only did Kim inform me immediately that an item I purchased was not in stock but she also updated me when it arrived, Kim also helped me with a quick over the phone order which I purchased last minute and nothing was too hard or a bother for her!
