Ordered more than a month ago. Paid for 3-6 day shipping. Ordered as a christmas present. Still not shipped out. I emailed and they said not enough materials even though they marked it as shipped. They take forever to respond and give me the runaround. Ordered in november. Its already almost midway through jan and havent received product or reponse.

Do not buy anything from this company as they ignore emails and take your money and run. They are a drop ship seems they are in “NJ”, shady work.

Beware buying from this company! I would give them a half star to no star rating. I bought 4 Anime Blanket Hoodies for Christmas. I paid for 3-6day shipping for it to be insured and nothing. I sent multiple emails, messages on social media, on their website that I haven’t received a tracking number. Christmas came and went and still no items. I asked for a refund and the company has completely ghosted me. There is no phone number to call and any email responses are generic never addresses issues. Just that company is working on the order. Please don’t buy from this company it’s a scam.

I made an order over a month ago, received what I was told to be the tracking order via shop. After not receiving my order I emailed them to only be told it has been delivered and was provided a different tracking number from the shop one, this tracking number shows my order as delivered to somewhere on Russia ( I don't live in Russia) when I've brought this up in several emails I originally got an generated response and then I've just been ignored mid communication with them. DONT RECOMMENDED.

My wife orders an item for Christmas on 30/11/24, 2 weeks later no Info so she sent an email and they replied saying it was busy !!!! Today 22/12/24 still no info on delivery, very very very bad customer service and the poorest communication of any company I’ve ever felt with

Bought this as a gift to my sister for Christmas. I’d love to support such a business that’s seem genuine but I have nothing good to say about the product. I got a plastic necklace and a plastic “gem” that was so badly made that the injection mold still showed. Truly a worthless gift, so much so that I’m embarrassed to give it. If I could give 0 stars I would. Disappointed.

They have no customer support, the contact email they provide is a gmail account which is not responding.

The order confirmation E-Mail is just a newsletter with no information about any order.

So. I ordered and only afterwards looked up the reviews on trustpilot. Since i though i got scammed I instantly reched out to their email and turns out they had REALLY great customer support. On a Sunday, i got an answer within 10 minutes asking if i could confirm i wanted to cancel my order, i replied with yes and they had no problem with instantly sending my money back, very great customer service, can‘t say anything about the product

This is a rip-off. My money is gone and the support e-mail no longer works if you want to know where the order is.
Big scam beware !
