Ordered item, they sent wrong one, I was told I'll get a replacement, 2 month later still "Thank you again for your continued patience", do not order from them

Didn't receive my 1st order and they said they were looking into it. Purchased another order and it was not what I purchased, customer service is beyond terrible!. Do not purchase from them

They never sent my item and have dodged me for 5 months. Do not buy from them.

Bought an item from them, wasnt received for almost a month. When I escalated this they sent me the bot response and said they'd ship it soon. It had passed a week and it wasnt shipped. I requested to cancel and so they did. Too bad, I was looking forward to it.

BUYER BEWARE!! Ordered December 21,2024. After months and months of back and forth, I filed a charge back on my card. Woke up this morning to them canceling and refunding my order. DON’T BUT FROM THEM AT ALL!!

As most of the reviewers, I've bought some stuff from their website, a few monts ago. After receiving an email with a tracking number I've noticed that it never left their office. When I reached them they replied some bs stating that it was delaying and planned to leave by the end of the month. 2months later I keep receiving the same replies (I think those are bot).
I've now contacted my bank and juridic departement.

I'm in a similar situation to several other customers here. I ordered an "Anime Hoodie Blanket" way back on November 24th, 2024. I had suspicions that the company was based in China, even though their website says that their products are "Crafted with <3 in Canada", but decided that I'd give it a shot anyway since I it was still several weeks till Christmas and international shipping from Asia would still get here in time with expedited shipping.

I finally received a shipping label several weeks later about 5 days before Christmas. I tracked it for a few days (and surprise, surprise it was being shipped from China) and then I saw that it was on its way to LA. A few days pass, and I receive another shipping label and the tracking record shows it going BACK to China after being in transit midway across the US.

Four months have gone by, and though I've reached out repeatedly for an update or a refund, "Amelia T" assures me that the company is "looking into it", "there was a shortage of Hoodie Blankets" and my "product should be shipped out very shortly".

How was it shipped already and sent back? Clearly the inventory was there when I purchased it!

And looking through these reviews, my experience is JUST like several other MORE RECENT customers, so they're still scamming people.

At the time of writing this, it is March 3rd and I've received neither my package, nor my money back. Do not buy from this shady company...

False advertisement, quality, and location. The "valentines sale" (which is still on by the way) offers the scammed customer terrible quality hOwLs MoViNg CaStle RiNgS. The fact CRAFTEDBYKAIYO state they are crafted and shipped from Canada, to be packaged and delivered from China is warning sign number 1.

Warning sign number 2 was my "shock" seeing a Temu special product with tarnished "solid stainless steel" rings and the plastic gems half hanging out and ready to pop off. I have photo evidence, sent via their customer service team "Amelia T" who offered no such customer service when I provided valid complaints. Which leads me to warning sign 3.

I had an average of 5 days wait for a small and insignificant reply to my emails enquiring a refund and return of product. They have today stated "Unfortunately, a return/refund is not possible at this time." So here I am, attempting to provide ample warning about the kind of people who sell cheap and false items on the internet.

I do not recommend purchasing jewelry that you see advertised on Instagram, especially from CRAFTEDBYKAIYO

We have ordered Howls Moving Castle Rings that are of toy store quality. (which we even accidentally ordered twice and you couldn't cancel anything) They were very easy to bend, poorly made rings where the stone fell out after one day and not correct painting for the details.
We wanted to use PayPal to claim the payment back, but as they were on sale there is no refund, not even for damaged goods (even with photo evidence). Then we discovered the same rings on Amazon for just €8 instead of the €40!
Cheap goods, bought somewhere else and sold more expensive than the quality promises!!! Now we received from the seller that everything was of the high quality and correct, as described on the website, and a refund is not possible.
I am so frustrated to have just thrown money down the drain. So I sincerely warn against this scam shipping site! There is no guarantee of getting your money back, even if the delivery is damaged. DON'T BUY anything there, especially NOTHING on SALE!

Very fashionable!! The jewelries are goo quality and matches the prices! Have some for every of my favourite anime’s. Best way to show it off while being subtle and fancy! Came in time and the service was really good and communative!

Asked for the return instructions in time (30 day after delivery according to their return policy) and had no answers about that. I contacted them by their support mail address multiple times and 2 times through the contact form on the website and had no answers. Also noticed afterward that we can find the same products on Aliexpress for 2 or 3$. A classic dropshipping scam.

Very slow shipping had to chase up my order which I finally received about 2 months after I ordered it. When I did finally receive it, they sent me the wrong pendant. The customer service was good, however I have not received the replacement they promised to send free of charge. I would not recommend this company.
Edit: I am lowering the rating. After contacting the company, and despite written proof that a replacement would be sent, they are now saying I received the correct order and are refusing to send a replacement or offer any exchange. I will be reporting this company as a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Gojo hooded blanket shorter than advertised, the pocket is tiny compared to what’s advertised, it’s more of a smaller version of what’s online, it’s very thin and not close to oodie quality however online it looks 10x better. Really unhappy with it and not sure if I just got a bad one, also delivery they were lying to me saying it’ll be 5-10 working days,’however it was ordered end of November and came after Christmas but when telling them this they said it’s within 10 working days… which it was not, awful service and the product was pretty rubbish as well.

Ordered more than a month ago. Paid for 3-6 day shipping. Ordered as a christmas present. Still not shipped out. I emailed and they said not enough materials even though they marked it as shipped. They take forever to respond and give me the runaround. Ordered in november. Its already almost midway through jan and havent received product or reponse.

Do not buy anything from this company as they ignore emails and take your money and run. They are a drop ship seems they are in “NJ”, shady work.

Beware buying from this company! I would give them a half star to no star rating. I bought 4 Anime Blanket Hoodies for Christmas. I paid for 3-6day shipping for it to be insured and nothing. I sent multiple emails, messages on social media, on their website that I haven’t received a tracking number. Christmas came and went and still no items. I asked for a refund and the company has completely ghosted me. There is no phone number to call and any email responses are generic never addresses issues. Just that company is working on the order. Please don’t buy from this company it’s a scam.
