Like the title says I ordered the picture as a gift. The delivery took about 3 weeks. Be prepared to order in advance if you want the gift to arrive on time.
I paid around 50€ for the regular size, 24 color, framed set.
Anyway, here's the verdict of the one who got to the paint the picture:
Thank you very much, I had a lot of fun and joy painting the "Coastal Serenity" picture. It is beautiful. From my experience I can say that the colors lay well on the canvas and are easy to spread. The three brushes are sufficient. Some of the numbers are printed very small, but I was painting with glasses anyway. If the color is a little lighter, you could only cover the number after painting over it a second time. I am very happy with the process and the result.

Overall I have to deduct one star because of the long delivery time as well as the picture being on the expensive side.

They’re a legit site. Bought some as a Christmas gift, they took a long time to show up though. Kinda expensive for what they are, but whatever. Can’t testify for the quality of the paint, because I’m not the one using it.

I ordered a custom canvas of my dog to paint. I'm really happy with the finished result - the picture is just like the photo, the colours are an excellent match and the canvas/paints are good quality considering the very reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend. I ordered the 48 paints as I prefer the level of detail that more colours gives.

Failed to send me the little picture with my kit. Customer service got back to me with a bogus link to some sort of advertisement for ikea, etc. I keep writing and asking for little photo so I can start painting but no luck.

Got my PBN (paint by numbers) from Craftoria. Quite inexpensive but really good!

The canvas is a proper cloth type one and the picture is very detailed. There are literally hundreds to choose from.
You can get 24, 36 or 48 colour paint pot options. I went for 36 different colours. The paint quality is excellent.

Also got 6 brushes and a smaller black and white template of the picture. This is so you can see what number a particular cell should be in case you smudge over it.

I'm nearly finished, took me weeks because I tip away at it bit by bit when I have time, but it's very relaxing to do it. I am definitely going to get another one after this. It does take a while to arrive as I think it comes from China, but it's worth the wait!

Their canvas sets contain misprints where they will have the same number in multiple areas right next to each other.

I placed my order for a custom painting over 2 weeks ago and was very excited about it, but my enthusiasm turned to concern when I received tracking confirmation from China. After waiting anxiously for about 2 weeks, the tracking indicated that the package was delivered to my home. I thoroughly checked my mailbox, surroundings, and even asked neighbors, but couldn't find it anywhere. When I contacted them, they advised me to double-check these areas and contact my local post office with the tracking number. Due to work commitments, I'm unable to take on the responsibility of tracking down a package without proof of delivery. Therefore, I requested a refund. Although they refunded the full amount, I'm hesitant to trust this website since I never received anything from them.

Paint is too thick to use. Wanna return? Return policy just avoids you to return because they don’t cover shipping costs. Bought it at an expensive price but still something shipped from China but asked me to return it to US. Not recommend.

I received 3 of these sets as a gift. The paint was very thick. I also did not have enough red #5 to complete one of the paintings. Sent an email to customer service; awaiting a response.
Also, no directions or any paperwork accompanied the canvases and paints.

Absolutely awful customer service and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and packaging. You will receive your canvas folded in a plastic bag which apparently you then need to iron but that doesn’t work. My 12 year old daughter saved up and spent her £30
pocket money on this crap - I’ve an upset child and i’m a very upset mum. Unacceptable service. I’ll be contacting my bank and reporting this site to get our money back. AVOID !!

Wrong colors and picture is not close to what they show on web-site. not worth it. One star for canvas it is good and for delivery, no problems with it. If you cannot paint and choose colors by yourself, like me, I’m not recommend it. But you still can use it for inspiration, if you are talanted

1) Canvas is textured ,colors do not glide as well as they should be. If you have very small area to paint, you'll need to use water to wet the surface.
2) one color tub was missing and other tub was incorrectly labeled. When asked about the missing tub they told me use another color which was 'similar'.

I like the concept but there is lot of improvement needed.

I'm very happy with the delivery (it was delivered from China to Sweden so it took sometimes to arrive but all is ok) and quality of the drawing kit. I ordered 3 sets. It is really value for money. I'm surprise to see lots of bad reviews here because quality of the painting come out really nice. It took long time to complete though (more than 12 hours for 48 colours, for me in total about 15 hr for 1 painting) but it is all worth the work I put in. Will order more from them.

However it can only be returned unpainted and in original condition
Hence if you have started there is NO RECOURSE

Poor quality. I certainly would not have purchased had I pre-seen what would actually arrive in the post.

Waste of time and money. Horrible delivery service and horrible customer support. Poor quality and do not look like the picture.

I loved several of the paintings I got from them, but then did a second order and two of my three paintings arrived with the wrong paints. Dusan at customer service was very hard to work with and it took me over two weeks for them to agree to just send a replacement for one of the paintings, which is all I wanted. They said it would be sent and I reached out two months later as I wanted to place an order but wanted to make sure I could get SOME sort of resolution first (as the replacement never arrived). First they told me they were waiting on me, and I showed them with their own emails this was a lie. Then they sent me a tracking number and said it was delivered and to call the post office, but this was also a lie and the tracking number was from BEFORE I even contacted them and was from my original paid order. It’s very sad because I love their paintings but just know there is a very good chance you’ll be ripped off. I also posted a review on their site to let others know this and they don’t show the review.

Absolutely loved these. Just finished my first painting, I chose the framed and 48 colour option and the picture is amazing, now up on my wall, looks better than the picture they sent for reference. Another ready to start and just ordered another. Don’t understand the negative comments on here, follow the instructions and you’ll get a lovely painting

Paintings are in poor quality, doesn't look like on website. Even colors are not matched properly.
Waste of money and complete disappointment.
