Worst company to ever order from. I would give not even 1 star but had to choose something. On the site it gave me two day shopping. Never happened. Emailed service and they refunded me 5 dollar. Said it shipped. Keep getting sane message with nonprofit delivery. Gave benefit of the doubt asked for compensation or change of delivery to who was supposed to get the gift and got a hard maybe with no expected delivery date supporting they are doing what is expected. Gear customer secure right. I asked for a refund and they said NO. F’N really Going to cancel on my card and will
Never order from them again. Worst Company Ever with the Worst Customer Service. I suggest to never use them. Wish I would have looked up the reviews before I ordered. Thank gosh I wasn’t banking on them for life saving materials I would be dead.

Nope! Ordered beer gift package for Christmas on Dec 10 and it arrived after Christmas day. I had to go out on Christmas Eve and buy craft beer at several different places to replace this gift. The Banner on website says “speedy deliver “ and customer service offered no help even though website states 100% satisfaction guaranteed .
This is the type of gift i would send often and now they lost a new customer.

The inventory system doesn't match up with beer in hand, so half my order was cancelled. I'm in the process of trying to cancel the other half, $100 for a 12 pack doesn't make sense. HalfTime does a much better job of shipping around the US.

Buyer beware. Order from CraftShack and product was damaged due to poor shipping. Bubble wrap was excessively taped to the product damaging the collector box. After I ordered, my card number was taken and several attempts were made to use it. No other purchases were made with this card besides the order from CraftShack. Shipped from New York, fraudulent charges were made on my card in New York.

Ordered some products from the Iron Maiden Trooper ale line. Confirmation claimed 3-10 business days. It’s been 14. I’ve contacted customer service who have not responded.

Will likely need to get my credit card involved to resolve.

CAUTION!!! I ordered 8 four packs of cider, or at least that’s what I thought I ordered! The four pack was marked $7.99 on sale, originally $10.99. I regularly buy this same pack at Total Wine for $10.99 so I thought great, this is a good sale and the money I save will pay for shipping and still save a couple bucks. So I ordered. What I got was 8 SINGLE CANS! So… I ended up paying $10 a can!! What a Gigantic RIP OFF!!!

I definitely would not recommend Craftshack. Very dysfunctional operation. Products they list as available are not available. Have not had problems with refund.

You will see bourbon on the site and it appears available. You won't find out it's not available till after you order and they take 100% of money. If you want to cancel because thye have your money and you got nothing! They charge $25.00 to cancel the order!!! This is not right!! Do NOT get ripped off like I did!!

Placed order three weeks ago. Card charged but no confirmation, no shipping information, nothing. Sent e-mail and saw promise of 1-2 business days to respond. Six and counting. Tried phoning--got robot message telling me to e-mail them. Waste of time and money.

I ordered $150 worth of product from this place. First, there was an issue with their tracking e-mail. I never recieved it; they insisted they did send it and that it probably wound up in my SPAM but I check my SPAM daily - it simply wasn't sent.
Second, the shipping company they use is GLS. I've never heard of them before, but they claimed to have delivered the order when it clearly wasn't. After I inquired through CraftShack they were able to pull up the delivered invoice and the recieved signature wasn't even mine - it was just a couple of initials, so I wasn't even able to identify who it was supposedly delivered to.
I have a video camera door bell, so I know it wasn't delivered to my house. It most definitely was delivered to a wrong address...if it really was delivered at all.
CraftShack requested an investigation into the issue with GLS and after 3 months of waiting they denied my claim.
No refund - no reissued order. I'm out $150 and don't know what else to do. I can't believe that both CraftShack and GSL doesn't have a better system for packages gone missing or misdelivered. I will never order from Craftshack again.

Extremely slow. I placed my order for a Christmas present for a friend on Dec 9th. It wasn’t even fulfilled until 12/28. This was obviously for Christmas, but the only messages I got were thanks for your patience. If I had known you can’t fulfill orders in a timely manner I would have gone elsewhere. Not only that but their shipping is extremely expensive and their cancellation policy is terrible. I cannot recommend this business.
