Very bad experience, do not order anything from this website. Their "support" team take a long time to respond and very evasive. They shipped three items with different transport companies and of course one is going to go missing because they were separated. I am now left with one half of a box. They also use a company called Kinisi Transport for their deliveries who are impossible to contact as they are in liquidation.

Purchased a solar powered aerator for use in a pond. I have 2 others from another supplier with the same capacity panel (20W). They work.

This one will work if 100% sun. Any fraction of shade and it switches off. Totally hopeless and not functional.

It's so far taken over two weeks of discussions with them to get nowhere. Steer clear if possible. Or accept the risk if a product is poor you're unlikely to have a great refund or replacement experience.

I bought through their marketplace on Kogan.

UPDATE: they basically went silent and don't respond. Kogan has the same information and has provided the refund themselves. Crazysales are the definition of hopeless.

Scam company. Bought a TV remote 6 months ago. Never received the item. No correspondence.

Yep they are a scam tracking number doesn’t work. Have been waiting over a month now no communication user be ware.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are 100% dodgy, have a dispatch and delivery date on the website and the products arrived weeks after they promised, no tracking provided for over 2 weeks then the tracking didn't work. I asked them to cancel the order when it was still in China but they never responded to the emails. Shocking communication and terrible service. We now have products we don't even need or want. I tried to do a Paypal claim but because the items were delivered Paypal favored the seller I do not get that. Very disappointed please stay away from this company and never order from them. i will be spreading the word to the best of my ability.

Purchased a kids smartwatch from them. 1. delivery took 1 month to arrive where the ad said 4-12 working days. Absolutely false information given.
2. Smartwatch cannot be binded to the app provided. Reasons are: the smartwatch & the app are not compatible with Australia network. They are made for China & chinese data network.
3. All the functions that require the app control are not working, eg. GPS tracking, remote photo taking, DND setting.
4. Emailed to customer service x3, no reponses at all.

I ordered a fuel pump for transferring petroleum into a mower. When it arrived, and after reading the manual I realised it was not designed for petrol. I contacted CrazySales within their refund policy guidelines period to return it and get a refund. I was given the “run around” for nearly a month and eventually I gave up. They had no intention of ever giving me a refund. I have contacted PayPal and the ACCC of their misleading advertising and dodgy after sales service. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM!

I would give this a zero if I could.
I looked at a very small purchase, looked into crazy sales and it says they are located in Sprigvale. All LIES! 2 weeks have passed, I emeiled them with no return email, I called the “ local number” fake local number. It is a call centre in the Philippines. It said in the website that it would be leaving the Springvale warehouse is 2-3 days. The tracking number does not work and then they give me another sight to track the number, wwwsendfromchinacom. Another fake sight. It’s NOT Australian at all!!! It’s a huge scam. !!!

When my parcel didn't turn up I thought I would be yet another victim however I am delighted to say that my experience with crazy sales has been all good ! They responded to my email and informed me that my parcel was definitely on the way . Sure enough it turned up 2 days later in perfect condition. Thank you guys. I am happy to be able to give a 5 star review

Order an electronic piece from them. Waited a week with no notifications so wrote and cancelled and requested a refund. This is when the lies started. They said they had sent the item ( no proof, no notification) and I could take advantage of the 30 day "change of mind" return. Yeah well there is a 20% handling charge and you have to wait until you receive the item and then send it back at your expense. Absolute liars and thieves and would no way do business with them again and suggest you dont touch them. Ive contacted Department of Fair Trade.

Further correspondence from this scam company they insist I remove Fair Trade complaint to process a refund which if course is all lies and.deceit. I've informed Fair Trade if this demand.
Just don't do business with these Chinese frauds.

Still waiting on a purchase I made 2 weeks ago. No shipping details, no reply from the company when I emailed them. It's all just cheap asian crap, probably coming from China but making out like it's a local business. Total scammers.

Worst experience ever. Nearly $600 purchase I made 2weeks ago and still waiting for it. Only to be told now by courier company another 5 days until it arrives 😆 3-4 business days postage guarantee...an absolute joke and was for my sons 6th birthday too. Will never deal with them or that courier company ever again. Unfortunately I can't give zero star rating or I would.

I ordered 2 rolls of false turf from Crazy Sales. This is my second order of the same product. The price was very reasonable and the product was of very good quality.
My order amazingly only took 3 days to be delivered and I received regular updates about the order. Very impressed with the professionalism of the company. Will happily shop there again in the future.

I bought a "rechargeable hand warmer" from CrazySales for a holiday in Europe. When the product arrived... it wasn't rechargeable. It had a pocket. To put in a powerbank.
Apparently, "having a pocket" is the same as "rechargeable" and, I quote, "this does not affect the functionality of the item" so, at the time of writing, they've refused a full refund.

Purchased the Funko Advent Calendar, The Nightmare Before Christmas, 24 Pocket Pop.

Product was a completely counterfit FUNKO product including the packaging and the toys inside.

Be very cautious purchasing brand names on CrazySales as your likely going to receive a counterfeit version and not the real deal.

I've reached out to Crazysales for a refund as they are advertising the sale of a legitimate FUNKO product.

Completely fake product knocked off of the real FUNKO brand.

Masquerading as an Australian company do your believe your product will be locally sourced and sent. It’s not. No idea where my package came from only that it was internationally sourced and took almost a month to arrive. It was a Santa suit so I had repurchase from Amazon two days before Christmas. They are impossible to get hold of, tracking is non existent and they do their best to drag everything out as long as they can so that you fall outside of the 30 day change of mind guarantee. It’s not a change of mind if it didn’t arrive in time and if you hadn’t falsely advertised as an Australia company based in Victoria I wouldn’t have purchased from you to begin with.

If ever the was a company that needed to be investigated for breaches in consumer law it is Crazy Sales. They are basically just scamming people out of money.

Do yourself a big favour and just buy directly from Temu. Quarter of the price, shipping is quicker and the customer service is pure delight in comparison.

Avoid this company!! Took 1 month to receive my order and received a fake!! Advertised as a 'Jellycat Amuseable' what I received was a terrible counterfeit item!! Thank goodness I paid with paypal. Taken until today to get a refund. I sent Crazysales numerous emails for updates on delivery and was continually told to be patient. I questioned the authenticity of the item and was told lies!! Just not acceptable business at all!!

I bought a remote control advertised as a replacement for a Dyson Cool Tower Fan. Not only doesn't it work, but they expect you to pay for return postage. I am currently disputing through PayPal. I sent pictures of the product, but they are requesting proof of fault, which without a video is next to impossible, and they know that.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. My advice steer clear, at least if you buy off Temu they offer a free return & refund or a store credit.
