Overpriced cheap quality

They used to deliver good quality for the price. Now the quality is terrible, the products don’t last, and they charge far more than they’re worth.

Lovely team at Boody and fabulous product

The body team were lovely and so helpful in helping me get the correct size bra. Very knowledgeable team ! Not to mention their products, I have been using their bras and undies for a few years and so comfy and great quality. Definitely will be restocking my bras once I need more.

Dissatisfaction all around

Their undershorts advertise seamfree gusset. There is NO gusset, just anti chafe running side to side. If you open the packet to look at your purchase you cannot exchange or refund. If you can refund, Boody deduct $10 from the amount you paid? Presumably for return post, but not mentioned. I paid $47.69 for two pair and am waiting on a refund of $27. Go to Midies ladies.

We’d like to clarify that while traditional underwear often has a double-layer gusset running front to back, our Seamfree Undershorts feature a single-layer gusset area integrated into the seamless knit. This design is intended to provide coverage, comfort, and airflow, using our bamboo viscose’s natural moisture-wicking properties. The anti-chafe element runs side to side as part of this seamless gusset area, so it differs from a traditional double-layer panel.

We understand that the description may have caused confusion, and we’re taking your feedback to improve clarity.

Regarding returns, our policy notes a standard return handling fee to cover the return label with Australia Post. In this case, we have offered to waive the return handling fee for the reviewer as a one-off gesture, or alternatively, the Comfort Guarantee allows first-time underwear purchases to be kept if comfort is the main concern.

Atrocious customer service

Atrocious customer service. Due to the website providing incorrect sizing information, I wanted to exchange a pair of Boody underwear (first-time customer of Boody). However, upon going through the process on their website, they want to charge me to exchange a like-for-like pair of underwear! I have emailed and messaged multiple times to endeavour to return the item. The (seemingly only person who is able to respond) does not address my questions, and I have now been waiting 5 days to resolve. Social media requests go unresponded. No phone number, and no service!

I’m obsessed with Boody products!!

I absolutely love Boody products. The quality is top tier, and I've been so impressed with how well their items wash and wear over time, they still look brand new. On top of that, their customer service is amazing. Highly recommend 10/10!!!!

Excellent customer service

One of my bras came apart and I contacted Boody and got a replacement and it arrived super fast. Couldn’t ask for better service than that!

Prompt replacement

I had an issue with stitching coming loose on a jumpsuit. Boody replaced it promptly with no fuss. Very satisfied.

Great company to deal with

I needed to return items and the procedure was easy. I then re-ordered and am awaiting my new goodies. Communication was excellent and the entire process was painless. I will certainly be shopping again!

These products are great

These products are great, i have sensitive feet and these socks are the best!!. There was also an issue with australia post delivering my package, it had become damaged and items had gone missing (maybe fell out). When i contacted Boody they took action, offering a refund or replacement. Top quality service.

My new full bust wireless bras arrived

My new full bust wireless bras arrived. They looked small as took them out of the package. I'm 14 D, I got L. Slightly snug, but still comfy. 4 stars instead of 5 because I have basically no projection. I look flat. But I'm still happy. Only a little disappointed.

Love these garments

Love these garments. Even when a batch didn’t perform as expected they were on it and fixed the issue not only for me, but got onto the problem asap to make sure it was sorted for future customers.

I had an item with a small fault

I had an item that had a fault in the threading - the team I spoke with were lovely, efficent, got the information they needed and then offered to send a new garment. They made the process easy and quick delivery!

Great products and service
