Disappointing having to chase documentation…
Can’t fault the original installation and upgrade work that was completed by Christian and his team, unfortunately it’s been 2 months since I first requested a schematic of our system for our SEG application and I am still chasing the office team.
Following a phone call where I had to insist to be put on hold to ensure I got a response, they provided a schematic of someone else’s installation with their name crossed out and ours inserted. This was initially rejected by EON due to incorrect name details, it was again rejected because the schematic was incorrect (it showed a generation meter we don’t have, didn’t show our gateway, etc). It’s been another week now waiting for an engineer to look into this.
Very disappointing as a schematic diagram of the system should have been provided automatically as part of the completion documentation package.
