Gordon is amazing!
I signed up for worldpay after speaking with Gordon. He was amazing at setting up and was really clear on explaining everything. He made the whole process so smooth and easy. Anytime I need a hand with something he is always quick to respond and help out! Highly recommend !!

Easy set up

Ben Ford provided excellent service in setting up this service. I would not usually be open to "cold calling" but Ben was professional, friendly and took his time in explaining the savings I would get by switching to Create Pay. He came back to set up the new system and even provided a standard email to cancel the old one! He definitely went above and beyond.

Brilliant service
Had Ben from Leigh on Sea come into our shop a few weeks back just to introduce himself and go over the rates and how much we could be saving by swapping card readers and I was massively impressed that we where saving pretty much 50% each month. Transition and set up was super smooth and couldn't have been any easier thanks to Ben - he came down and set the card reader up in person and actually made the phone call to customer service himself to set up a few things on the new machine instead of me having to do it which was very helpful. Machine itself is super sleek and easy to use, had everything all set up and swapped over within a week 👍

Matt Thackeray was very helpful with setting up our new card machine. He dealt with cancelling our previous card provider which made it stress free , only a message away to help with any questions and didn’t rush us into deciding a new deal
We ended up saving money and now have a better service with our new card machines
Would recommend!

I have some deli.in earby lancashire,I went online for a quote and quote only as I was in contract with another card company at the time,sales rep couldn't convince me due to me being in contract,but he got my daughter to sign up and she even told him contact still ran to February 2025,sales rep not a problem we will leave terminal with you til contract up,not a good idea as the machine was in cupboard for 2 mths and first time we use it it wasn't set up right,but card payments came to £172 but world pay only paid us £82 for that day,that was down to being charge for having terminal in cupboard which the sales rep didn't notify us off that,so world pay took £90 off us that day for one day ONLY,BE CAREFUL folks businesses can't afford to loose money like that due to a greedy sales rep just wanting business,and not giving a monkies about customers
