Creative Book Writers Avis

Attention to detail is fair at best. I needed to re-ask for the same thing to be done multiple times. Not sure if it was a language barrier problem or just extremely low attention to detail.

The final logo is great and they were finally able to get it to what we envisioned.

I normally don’t write reviews however, I really felt that the review is the least thing I could do to show how pleased I am with our logo. My business partner and I just started our new business. We needed assistance with coming up with a unique logo for our company. We are very fortunate to work with Branded Logo. Carl D’souza was extremely patient with answering all of our questions and responding in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend this company.

Carl was extremely responsive and professional. The logo that was created is exactly what I asked for.

The team at Branded Logos were very professional with my work.

When you are ready to make it to the next level, bring your ideas to Branded Logos?

Carl D'souza worked on my logo rapid fast! He was attentive, cooperative, understanding, and very professional. Liked working with him a lot he made my dream come true.

The guy assigned to my file was transparent, and did everything he said he was going to do. Great service!

Once again am still having problem with this company also all calls are being ignored so is my emails. Never use them again

You guys did a great job for my website, the website is working properly and its traffic improving day to day, thanks team for such an outstanding services.

Carl D'souza was fantastic! I was not easy to please but he came through for me.
He made sure that I was completely satisfied with my logo and I am very grateful.

They done a great job for my website design and development project, they guys are amazing because they delivered as per my requirements and always share the new ideas and suggestions. I will surely call them for my graphics work surely.

I have had a great experience with Carl and the team. The turnaround time was quick, as well as the response for changes. Creating the logo for our business was easy and painless and I appreciate the time and efforts from the team. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with this company has been very positive. My representative, Carl, was helpful from the beginning of the process and throughout the many days that it took to complete the logo I wanted in the way I wanted. Carl was prompt with his responses and patient with the process, and I got a product I love! I would definitely use this company again in the future!

This is my second time using this Company. I love my logos! I highly recommend Branding Solutions.

I was interested in having a couple of logos created for apparel items, i.e. t-shirts/hats/etc. From the time I started interacting with their team, communication was great. Usually it took 24-hours to update any design ideas, but it is what I had expected. Carl was always good at getting back to me and offering a few choices to my logo ideas. In the end he created a few designs and one in particular we ended up printing on T-shirts which was a huge success. I would recommend this company based on the work they provided for our organization. Thank-you Carl for the great work!

You guys did an awesome job preparing my logo together I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend you guys thanks

NEVER EVER PAY ALL UPFRONT !
I write here about my true experience with Branded Logos. I generally don't like writing 1 star reviews unless necessary especially in this case. They are currently deleting any 1 star they're receiving trying to delete all their negative reviews claiming they have come from competitors or private details used or that they don't know that customer. They don't want you to know the truth. ITEC Devices Ltd, Blitz designs, Branded Logos is a UK company with their IT in Asia. Such dishonest company taking upfront payments from their customers and showing you some small designs making you believe that they're working on your project. My project manager was never accessible once they got all my payments that was it he was gone yet his name would appear on the chat now zendesk, when calling the office several mins before I was told he's off work, yet he was on chat now. I was always given excuses he's sick or in a meeting. When confronted on Zendesk chat now he would go offline. My emails and calls were not answered as the manager was only person on this project so no one else could help I was told. Weeks later I called the office my manager answered the call disguising his voice pretending to be another person, this became scary unprofessional to say the least. This is a honest review and with the help of my bank I was able to get all my refund. Especially when I told them my fraudelent experience and showed evidence of my emails. It's called a scam branded logo. Taking someone's money and not providing them the services they have paid for. Please don't get greedy if your unable to do the projects and you can't do the service you took the payments give back our refunds. I hope no one will ever experience what I experienced. You know what you have done and how many people you've misled. DONT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT go to your bank and report this fraud.
Complain to the bank this is a fraud company. Don't make wire transfers because Branded logo try to play smart games, get every penny back.
Stop misusing the trust pilot flagging of emails. I can prove I was a customer with our email and invoice. One day you will be in trouble for cheating Thank you.

Unique and stylish; that's what describes the work done by Branded Logo Designs. I'm highly surprised by the quality they have delivered to me in such a short span of time. Their employees have the quality to lead from the front and get things done quickly yet effectively Special thank you to Dale Evans. High cheers for branded logo designs

I definitely love my logo very good communication with Carl D'souza, very reliable person!!
