The team from the Branded Web Studios were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process of my website creation. Communication among the team and myself was great, and I was kept up to date with everything going on with my design! Highly Recommended! It was through these vigorous updates that no problem was too difficult and together we were able to produce a great end product. Thank you, team, Branded Web Studios, for all your hard work and your wise advice. I feel very comfortable recommending Branded Web Studios to anyone who wants a professional, affordable web design.

Working with Branded Web Studios on my project was a great idea. Their design and development team performed well throughout the whole process. The revisions I needed were delivered time to time which made the flow more streamlined. I'm a really painstaking person and hard to deal with at times as a customer but they were patient about it and took the time to meet my needs. The project completed was almost the same as I wanted it to be. My customer base gave me a lot of positive feedback regarding it. Would surely recommend Branded Web Studios to everyone.

Nice Job,
We are happy with all the design got.
We shared the experience with some friends in the area
Great job, Thx

Branded Web Studios and their team of expert web designers have been so helpful with the development of our website, and we would like to pass on a huge thank you to everyone who has been a part of this successful design. Being one of those individuals who has not done this before, they have been extremely patient with a client like me! The site, beyond a doubt, looks great. Their team has also helped us get better at changing the back end of things as well. We really appreciate their gesture of taking the time out to send them instructions for “how to.”

I have had a great experience working with Carl. He has been very patient with me while I went backwards an forwards, making several changes; his responses were very professional and extremely quick indeed! I would definitely recommend as this service is excellent value for money :)

I have had an amazing experience working with Carl and his team on getting my logo design completed. There was clear communication on expected time frames to receive information back for review and acceptance. Carl and the team was very open with helping me on options when i was unclear on the vision on my logo. They provided me a great first group of ideas which helped me to help with the vision I was looking for. They were very helpful on additional views with the logos they sent to me. It was a very easy process and completion on getting my logo!!!! Can't wait to start sharing my logo!!!!

Totally unacceptable standards of workmanship, lack of quality control, not professional and not responsive.

Carl was great. The process was smooth and clear. And my logo looks great!

When calling to speak to a sales rep, I was told that "everything" was included... look at all that is included for the price of $799, even though at the time, the price was only $699 on their site.
Zack continues to tell me of all their clients rave reviews stating that they worked to design Charlotte's Web website... I felt confident that all of his set expectations would meet my needs. I was curious though... for a set price of $799, how did they make residual money afterward? $799 for the life of a site seemed well under priced, and was assured that "everything" was included and that there were no hidden charges. That all I would have to pay was the $799 and everything would go swimmingly well.
Fast forward a week and I get my first call from a "designer" who walks me through all of options available for the site. At the end of each option he says "Does that sound good?" I'm thinking "yeah!" This is a good deal. That was until he says, "Ok that'll be $700!!!!!!!"
Wait!!! I just paid $799, and was told that everything was included and that after that, no further charges would be accrued and now this guy wants to double the charge. No work had been performed up to that point, only another sales call.
I immediately was upset. Here I was told how wonderful that site was going to be and then this sales guy tries to sell me all the things I'll be missing which sounds like the site is going to pale in comparision to my original expectations.I asked if it was an option I could add at a later date and was told no, it was now or never. I've built sites before. I'm not new to this and this sales guy is telling me a bunch of lies as if I was from the hill country.
I wrote into the company for an immediate refund. I don't trust the organization as a whole and quite honestly now have a growing concern for my clients information. If they've already lied to me about the process and have doubled the fees in a week, how am I supposed to trust that they will protect and take care of my clients information. They refused to refund and so now I'm here to warn you, don't get ripped off.
I'm completely saddened by it all and am disgusted.
Their actual work is good. Thier business practices are deplorable.

Great company. I had my logo made and I and very happy with it. Fast turn around. Great customer service every time I spoke to someone. I would recommend this company for anyone that need a logo or talented designers to help with a project.

My designer Carl was amazing. I had a lot of changes to my logo but he always came back with new and improved logos usually under 24 hrs. The logo turned out amazing! Highly recommend
