Warning: Step away from this business!
Summary of the 3 major issues we had with them:
1) Poor deliverable quality – The project was delayed, development introduced new issues, and the work did not meet the agreed standard. We had to terminate the engagement before completion to prevent further losses.
2) Unauthorised use of our business in paid Meta ads – Our brand was used as a case study in advertising despite the project being unsuccessful and without our consent. ( Do not trust their ads! The successful story you see might be a failure story in real life, like us!)
3) Questionable billing practices – We were charged for incomplete and uncommenced phases without proper invoices, billing notice, or payment confirmation.

Whole Story:
We engaged this company for a website redesign and upgrade under a 3-month plan at USD $2,500 per month (USD $7,500 total).
The project initially progressed reasonably well. However, partway through, the key team member Daniel Q. leading our project left the business. The transition was handled poorly, and the replacement team lacked the organisation, technical capability, and communication required to deliver the work to an acceptable standard. Progress stalled and the overall quality declined significantly.
The project was structured into three phases: Design, Development, and Ad Hoc. The design phase was delayed. The development phase was incomplete and introduced new issues, including changes that differed from approved designs and the removal of existing website features. The third phase never commenced.
Despite this, we were charged for all three months. No invoices were issued, no payment confirmations were provided, and there was no clear billing notification. We only became aware of the charges after reviewing our credit card statement.
Ultimately, we were forced to terminate the project, resulting in a loss of USD $7,500 with no usable outcome.
To make matters more concerning, we later discovered that our business was used as a case study in their advertising without our consent, which we consider highly unprofessional and unethical.
Based on our experience, we strongly encourage business owners to exercise caution before engaging this company, particularly for critical or long-term projects.

Despite the fact that we had not applied or approved the changes they recommended, they created and published a video publicly portraying our website as inferior and “bad,” using our brand as an example to promote their own services and claim they could do better.
This was done without our written approval and without consent to use our trademark, brand name, or products in advertising. We formally warned them about our trademark rights and provided our official trademark certifications, clearly requesting that the advertising content be taken down.
Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner, Naail El Sawah, responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, stating that “it’s in the contract” and that their position was “stable,” while disregarding the fact that contract language does not override trademark rights or a client’s explicit objection to public use of their brand.
Even after being clearly informed that we did not consent to being showcased publicly to attract their own clients, they refused to remove the content. At that point, we had no choice but to report the matter through Meta’s trademark infringement process.
Any professional organization should understand a basic boundary: if a client says they do not want their brand exposed publicly for marketing purposes, the company must stop immediately. This company chose not to respect that boundary and openly communicated that our concerns were irrelevant.
Based on our experience, this is not a professional or ethical company to work with, particularly for organizations that care about brand protection, consent, and respectful communication. We strongly advise against working with them.
I had an awesome experience with Creative Ecommerce and the team that helped me rebuild my website from egg round up. Adam was great, helped the entire way and made sure things were done well. A+ from me and would highly recommend to any ecommerce store

I bought the Figma Template Bundle because I knew my Shopify site had conversion issues, but I wasn't yet at the sales level where I could justify hiring an agency. Without fixing a leaking sales funnel, I might never get there. A bit of a chicken and egg situation.
This bundle is pitched perfectly for that gap. It's helped me tackle issues myself, which I hope will help me grow sales, and reach the point where I can bring in an agency to take things to the next level. The layouts are clean, well thought through, and easy to adapt, meaning you can make meaningful improvements without a full rebuild budget.
The accompanying Loom tutorial is excellent. It is clear, well structured, and full of practical guidance you can apply immediately.
What really stood out was the support. When I asked a follow-up question, Naail was incredibly responsive, taking the time to share practical recommendations and actionable next steps. It made it much easier to choose a direction and move forward with confidence. I'm genuinely grateful.
I'd happily recommend Creative Ecommerce if you want templates backed by real ecommerce know-how.

Complete rip-off.
I can't explain how bad my experience with Creative Ecommerce was.
The very first website iteration I received was absolutely awful - completely unusable. This was after paying £2,000 for the first month. I was completely shocked at the quality of what was delivered. It looked rushed, poorly thought out, and nowhere near a professional standard.
Because I was so underwhelmed, I raised my concerns, saying I was considering exercising the 1-month break clause. It took a entire week to hear back, and all we were told was that we had missed the termination deadline by a matter of hours.
Communication throughout was also terrible. The renewal date of the contract was repeatedly unclear, and even after asking multiple times, it took ages to get a straight answer, making it incredibly difficult to have any proper or timely communication.
I have recordings of video calls showing just how bad the website work was. Regardless, I had already paid £2k for a website that was completely unusable.
I have screenshots of all emails, clearly showing the lack of communication I received while trying to work out how to exit the contract. I was later told the week-long delay was because they were ill - but that delay directly caused my notice to be rejected.
After being locked into a further three months, the service itself didn't improve at all. I was promised A/B testing and CRO work, yet didn't receive a single piece of work in either area. Instead, it was just more insignificant website changes as we tried to salvage the pathetically bad site they had built in the first place.
The quality was atrocious, and I still view working with them as one of the worst decisions we've made as a company.
Complete rip off.

- The initial review included the name of our account manager. There was no other ‘breach of the platform guidelines’.
- As for the ‘key factual points’ - I have the full recording of the website they designed for us. As well as screenshots of all the other work we received. It was all horrendously bad. We didn't receive a single AB test, or any ongoing CRO work. AB testing was in the contract, and we had 75 hours was allocated to it - all of which was unused.
- As for the deadline passing - I repeat: I told them I was considering exercising the 1-month break clause. It took over entire week to hear back, and all we were told was that we had missed the termination deadline by a matter of hours. I couldn’t believe it. Wholly unprofessional, shameless, and quite frankly, disgraceful.
I don’t want to hold onto the issues CE caused us, but I felt it was necessary to address their response to me, so people know exactly what they’re in for!
Avoid at all costs.

I’m very particular when it comes to who I work with, especially on anything technical or conversion-related, so I don’t leave reviews lightly.

I am writing this to warn others after a terrible experience. I paid for my website in full, and since then, the owner, the owner , has completely vanished.
I have sent three formal emails requesting an update or a refund, and I have received absolutely no response. I have noticed several other 1-star reviews appearing in recent weeks, so I am clearly not the only one dealing with this ghosting behavior. It is not a surprise to see the reputation of this business collapsing.
Because of the total lack of communication and failure to deliver the service I paid for, I have now instructed a solicitor to handle this matter and recover my funds. Avoid this company at all costs.

I’ve had a lot of interaction with the team at Creative Ecommerce while getting my own business off the ground, and the experience has been great.
They’re extremely knowledgeable from a technical standpoint and clearly understand how ecommerce actually works in the real world. Any time I needed advice or had questions, they were quick to respond and always gave clear, practical guidance.

I am sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions and help them avoid the financial loss we have experienced with this company.
I engaged Creative Ecommerce for a Shopify project that was presented to me as a three-month fixed-deliverable agreement. After three months of payments, the work remained incomplete and not launch-ready. The templates provided were incomplete early-stage drafts presented on Figma that required substantial additional hours to finish, and key deliverables that were part of the initial proposal, including automation, B2B migration, and functional templates, were not completed.
When I raised concerns an additional payment was taken from my credit card without my approval or consent (within half an hour of the concern being raised).
The owner then stopped communicating with us and even changed his email so it bounced while we were trying to resolve this.
I am now dealing with the matter through the formal legal channels to reclaim the £8000 lost.
I would strongly urge others to proceed with extreme caution.
I came across Creativeecommerce’s ad on Instagram, and something about it immediately caught my attention. I reached out and connected with Haroon, who turned out to be not only a great person but also an excellent sales professional. His communication skills were spot on, clear, and effective. What impressed me most was how quickly he conducted a brief website audit and highlighted ways to improve the conversion rate of my current site. I truly wish them all the best and am confident they are on the path to becoming something big.

As a Founder / Owner of a business it's hard to find good legitimate businesses that will put effort into the business like you want them to.
I originally took a punt based on a meta add and signed up for a growth plan to focus on 3 pages which I expended to the entire website once I saw the work completed..... This a lone should be the only feedback needed.
At this stage design is complete for the entire website and development complete for the initial 3 pages as part of the growth plan.
My project manager Dan Q was knowledgeable, reliable and delivered on time and in full.
Great experience so far and would highly recommend - Based in Australia.
