Creature Comforts Avis 

Honestly the best vet we have ever been to. The team is so lovely and you get to know everyone. We switched to them about two weeks ago after our old vet told us our dog was ok when we knew she wasn’t. We wanted a second opinion and tried creature comforts. Since then our seriously poorly dog darcie has been treated and seen by Dr Valley. She has fully recovered. Even when we were seeing Dr Valley about darcie he made sure to check our other dog Lottie. He picked up on things that our previous vet had dismissed. Since the Lottie has also had surgery. The care the team give during surgery is amazing we were getting picture updates on her and calls with updates from the team. Dr Valley is amazing - the surgery he did on our dogs ear was so skilled and I trust him and the rest of the team completely. What an amazing amazing vet you can see that they really care for every animal that goes in and we always leave with a little bag of treats.

The best Vet I’ve ever had - not only do they really care and are very proactive in the welfare of your pet - they are reasonably priced and if you become a member it’s even better value

Great experience. I recently moved my 11 year old cockapoo from a different vet as they had relocated. He had his first check up and the Vet was great him, even let him check his teeth which he had never done at our previous vets. The surgery itself is also great, feels like your waiting in a hotel
Lobby rather than a vet surgery, and the doggy/cat treat station was a great added extra. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new Vet

We took both our cats to the Beckenham branch recently. We were really impressed with the standard of care from the reception staff right through to the vet etc. Booking appointments is easy and the monthly plan is both affordable and comprehensive. It was lovely to be made a nice coffee on arrival and be greeted by smiling staff. The vet was gentle with my cats and didnt rush through the appointment. I felt that I could trust her and would happily take the cats there in future. Its a good location for us too. We have had experienced vets that seem very much about money/profit over care and this company doesnt seem like that at all. I would definitely recommend

There is no doubt that that veterinary care is expensive. However, the membership system at Creature Comforts is a positive step forward in making care achievable. A truly caring vets practice. My knuffel is calm and chilled there with no panicking or playing up. The staff are very pet centred but also care about the owner too.

They are wheelchair accessible, with an accessible toilet. Nothing is too much for them.

I would recommend this to anyone with a pet.

What an amazing vet practice to entrust our lovely Rottweiler Lily.
Since we signed up with them, from Lily Neutering, to getting her booster or even just a visit to see her favourite Vet Kate, it has been very good.
Quite a breath of fresh air having a vet practice that really cares about our precious Lily. I highly recommend Creature Comfort in Barnet. Quite a drive for us but it is always worth the visit.
What a bonus being able to have a cup of tea while we wait and most of all the treats and tennis balls for Lily!! Such an treat before after getting a great service from all the helpful staff.

I cannot recommend Creature Comforts highly enough. From the lovely reception team to the vets, everyone is warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. They take the time to get to know each animal individually, and you can feel confident that your pet is in safe, capable and caring hands.

great vet near us! they really take care!! they just need to stop giving out tennis balls to the dogs - they aren't good for their teeth

This vet subscription services needs to be studied as the manipulation of hidden charges which are not informed at time of signed agreement is unacceptable for a veteran service provider knowing the fact you sign NEW customers up to your services without informing them, that they are signing into a 12months contact which you’re NOT allowed to leave because you signed to stay with the vets for a minimum of 12 months as you have to pay £75 vet consultation, £65 cancellation fee also £20PCM until you 12 months is up so if you have 3 months left that’s another £60 so to cancel a £240 yearly subscription (paid monthly) they charge you £200 to exit the contract and this is acceptable for a vet service provider and I can tell you this for sure these charges and clause was not implemented at the time of sign up as I wouldn’t continue with the application. IF YOU WANT TO USE THEM ASK ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING FEES AND CANCELLATIONS.

Great expert service and advice nothing was too much trouble for my poorly dog. Vet even called me to ask how he was even though he was booked in for a follow up appointment. Very professional and caring staff I would highly recommend. Saved a fortune on vets fees as the subscription is only £20 a month he had 6 visits that would have cost minimum £400 for the consultation alone.

This vets in beckenham is. Absolutely lovely. All the staff are lovely and friendly and welcoming. The vets and reception staff are very good. Would recommend creature comforts.

All dog owners be careful what your Vet is prescribing to your pet! What I mean exactly is your pets monthly flea and warming treatment Simparica Trio. Nobody warns you about short or long term health implications that carries with regular intake. Don't listen to Vet that it will keep your pet safe, on the contrary it can make them very ill and needing Neurological treatment for the rest of their lives. Nobody warns us about long term health risks after taking monthly Simparica Trio risk of developing seizures in healthy dogs, general deterioration of Neurological health like muscle weakness, falls, loss of balance, withdrawal, lethargy, anxiety, depression, mood changes, aggression, loss of appetite which leads to anorexia in dogs. Please, please before administering any drug to your dog do your own research dont trust blindly anyone, just because certain people go into a Veterinary profession it doesn't mean they have your pwts best interest at their heart, some are driven by greed and financial gains only!

Very friendly staff, great with my dog. They delt with my dogs problem which cleared up in the 5 days they had said it would.

I joined creature comforts in may , for my dog blue, she had a blocked anal gland, which was swollen and looked quite painful, overnight it burst , she had painkillers and antibiotics no pills , liquid medication much easier to give her , she is fine now and loves the vet now, probably because she gets a little treat and I get a coffee, I was very worried for her but they sorted everything for her, won’t go anywhere else now wonderful place.

My glorious cockapoo , Ellie , is a gorgeous, gregarious little madam and her only worry was when she had to go to the vet …… and then Creature Comforts arrived in Chiswick !!!! Even when she had a minor surgery ( due to her foot being hurt whilst running ) she went willingly into the surgery for a small ‘repair job’. The staff are all lovely and helpful and very aware of how much us owners depend on them too !! Cannot rate them highly enough !!

My first experience with Creature Comforts Beckenham was very positive. The facilities are clean and welcoming, the vet and receptionist were very friendly and I received some good advice.

Super friendly, our dog was very much at ease.
Had a thorough check up, followed by treats.
Very impressive surgery, so pleased that they opened in Beckenham.

Pet-centric vet care - shouldn't be all that complicated but amazing how hard it can be to find. the all-female crew at Creature Comforts Chsiwick are great - they genuinely care and are welcoming to the pets and have a great team spirit.

The staff here are always kind and caring.The ambiance of the place is wonderful.My daughter likened it to a health spa for pets.
