The person (my apologies for not remembering the name of agent)who was assisting me today, was very attentive and gave me most informations I needed. It was a conversation without feeling patronised when asking for help and advice which I tend to experience a lot on the phone with companies.
Thanks for the patience and time to the agent.

Was fraudulently signed up to this site, tryed to unsubscribe but their site wouldn't let me it says you need logging in details I have no logging details has I didn't sign up with them.
If I did it was unknown to me because I have no logging in details. They took money out of my account and I want my £19.99 back. This site I'm not happy with because even when you try phoning them it takes you in circles something should be done to stop sights like this fraudulently signing people up without their concent.

I wrote a review a few days ago
I wrote a review a few days ago, and Credit Engine responded via this platform asking for my identity. However, the link has now expired as I wasn't given sufficient time to respond. Just sums it all up really.
Can I reiterate to Credit Engine that at no time was it made clear to me that I was taking out a repeat subscription and that there was a 14-day cooling-off period. Why would I do that when I thought I was applying for a loan?!
Below is a repeat of my complaint to give Credit Engine an opportunity to respond. However, in the meantime, I am in the process of writing to the FCA about my concerns about Credit Engine (which is the trading name of Credit Technologies Limited, which in turn is an 'Appointed Representative' of Quint Group Limited).
I have also disputed this payment with my bank, which has refunded me and will be looking to Credit Engine to honour the transaction.
I was searching for a loan but inadvertently signed up for a subscription service. The first payment of £19.99 was taken from my account yesterday!
At no point did I realise that I had agreed to a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA). I have since contacted my bank, who have blocked any further attempts to take money from my account.
I have also tried to contact Credit Engine by calling 03330 030082, but this simply leads to a recorded message asking callers to press 1, 2 or 3 before directing them to their website for each option. Although there is an online form, it does not provide any option to submit a complaint or explain the issue.
This lack of accessible customer support is completely unacceptable. I expect the £19.99 to be refunded immediately, confirmation that this subscription I unknowingly had entered into has been cancelled, and written confirmation that no further payments will be taken from my account.

Absolute scam. Don't even try it
Absolute scam. Charged me £20 without informing me beforehand. Can't reply to their email as it doesn't work. You can't cancel anyway. Can't call them. The texts are no reply. Total scam. I managed to cancel online. They stopped access but I've still paid £20 for the month.. but can't use the site as they have switched off the access although I have 26 days I have paid for. Total scam. Don't get caught out as well
