A very helpful company for emergencies.
This company has literally saved my cats life. I was struggling with emergency vet bills and other loan companies wouldn't entertain the emergency but fair finance did. I truly am grateful that they cared and were there for me when I needed funds. I know every application is taken individually but fair finance did exactly what there name says. They were fair. Admin fee is ridiculous given the interest rate on the loan agreement. This is the highest interest payday loan I’ve ever taken out, and it’s the only one with a £60 admin fee. Which is also non-refundable. Won’t be using again.

Our interest rates are set to cover our operational costs, and any profits are reinvested into the business to enhance our services. We encourage all our customers to review the full terms and conditions, including interest rates and fees, before committing to a loan agreement.
We value your feedback, as it helps us to continuously improve our services. We regret that you will not be using our services again, but we hope this clarification provides a better understanding of our fee structure.
