I had a complaint with Fair Finance…
I had a complaint with Fair Finance which went to the Financial Ombudsman Service, which went in my favour. Fair Finance take payments early if it’s a bank holiday or if it falls on a weekend. This is classed as a breach on a direct debit. All payments that fall on a weekend or bank holiday must be taken on the next working day. That’s how 99% of business operate except for this one. FCA should make an investigation on this business and they will find so many guidelines breached.

A very difficult company to liaise and…
A very difficult company to liaise and communicate with, contradictory messages, lack of reminders, harsh almost threatening letters sent by mail with scaremongering implications ie “wage sanctions”.
Even now after clearly pointing out the problem the messages are not either being read properly and definitively not clear with communication.

Applied days ago, did a hard check on my credit and asked for loads of documents which I sent immediately, desperately needed the money for a car repair and would rather just know if it was a decline to try and source the money elsewhere. Not great contact at all sadly

Never got a decision
Never got a decision. Applied. Hard search registered on my credit report. Bank statements accessed. 5 days later no decision, no response to emails, can't get through on the phone. Baffled

Too much information requested
Be careful. You have to agree to them accessing you bank for 3 months. Then you agree. I have to wait for a desion. (Someone will get back to you soon) Then it says and ask for more information. They can't see my income. They require your council tax bracket your home is under, national insurance, how many pensions. I've given away 3 months access but I don't know what they are going to do. I hope they are genuine and really don't sell my details to the world

I have a really bad credit I found them…
I have a really bad credit I found them on Google and I thought let me just give it a try. I have applied online it was very simple and easy I was pretty sure I will get declined less then 24 hours later they have emailed me that my loan application was accepted I was over the moon I have singed the documents and 5 hours later the money was in my bank account first time I have applied and I've got £1000 helped me out a lot as I needed a cooker and a fridge . I am very pleased to choose this loan company. Customer service was amazing and brilliant. Thank you so so much to help me when I needed the most . Amazing company to work with .
