I have been using Crispins Shoes for over 20 years, and the service has always been incredible and faultless. The quality of the shoes is fantastic and the staff are always kind and helpful. In my opinion no one else can offer the level of service or quality that they do. My recent purchase, I tried the shoes on instore, but then ordered them from home. The service was quick, the shoes are great. I will continue to use Crispins for many years to come.

The sales assistant was very helpful but also gave me space to try on shoes undisturbed. She knew a lot about the stock and expressed an opinion if asked. She understood my dilemma ( which shoes to buy, which would probably not be replaced when they sold out, etc) and did everything she could to assist me. In the end, I bought a lovely pair of shoes which I ‘fell in love with’ the first time I tried them on.

Super service, My selection had run out but there was another pair of Superga Pumps I've had before so I knew they would be very comfortable. The staff took the trouble to call me first to check. Great brand very happy with purchase.

I have been buying shoes from Crispins for over 10 years - despite living in the north of England, both when on trips to London and online. They stock lovely, high quality shoes that fit me well (size 8) and I have shoes which have lasted for years. I've just bought my third pair of sports shoes from them online and the whole experience of shopping online was great.

I LOVE my new silver shoes! They add joy to my party outfit and are comfortable and well made. I have knocked one star off as I feel the price is pretty high for this type of shoe ( I bought mine with a promo code code so recommend signing up to Crispin’s mailings if you want to do the same).
