I didn't receive the first shoe shipment. I wrote Crispins and very quickly they sent out another pair, making sure that I received my shoes and was satisfied.

Product is really good very happy about it; if I can give only one feedback for the staff is to try to be a bit more welcoming and less judgemental in your behaviour.

Lovely boots. Staff at the end of the phone really helpful whenI realised I’d ordered a pair in the wrong size. They took it out of the parcel that was about to go and refunded me immediately.

I love Crispins shoes shop, they have a fantastic selection of beautifully made European shoes in large sizes and a large variety of styles. I now mainly buy on line as I live in Hampshire and the website is excellent, you can select by heel height, the toe shape, brands, types etc. Delivery is extremely prompt and they usually despatch the same day. I have shopped here for over 30 years and hope they continue for many years to come. The only negative for me is they are expensive but do have good sales!
