Okay, it took forever to get here, but once I put it on, I knew it was worth it. Soft, comfy, and doesn’t feel cheap at all.
Honestly wasn/t expecting this. I got 4 shorts, and it looks so much more expensive than what I paid. 10/10 would recommend.
I placed an order for the Cleveland Hoodie on 12/6/2024. I received an email on 1/8/25 that the "order was on the way". I sent Chris an email on 1/28/25 to let him know I hadn't received it (wanted to make sure it hadn't gotten lost during delivery).
This was his response: "Hello Nancy, We are currently shipping backorders these next two weeks so we estimate that between early this week or next week you will receive your order, we apologize for the setbacks we have had but we want you to know that we are constantly working on orders and you will receive your package. we are here with you." I received an email on 2/1/25 stating that there has been a "small" delay because they noticed an "error" with the print. It said the hoodie would be delivered by the end of next week. On 2/21/25 I sent Chris an email requesting a refund. He responded with assurance that I will be receiving the hoodie. I sent another email on 2/26/25 stating (again) that I want a refund. This was Chris's response: "Hi Nancy, We are currently shipping the pending orders these next two weeks so we estimate that between this week and the weekend you will receive an eta of your order, we apologize for the setbacks we have had but we want you to know that we are constantly working on the orders and that you will receive your package. we are here with you. Also remember orders are final, so we can't offer exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. This policy is stated on our website to ensure transparency. and rest assured, your order is in good hands, and we are doing everything we can to get it on its way to you as soon as possible." My advice - don't place an order. It's a joke.

Ordered on 12/2/24. It’s now 2/24/25 and still no product. I wish I never ordered from this site.

Order at your own risk. I ordered 6 shorts, first it took over a month to receive my order. I had to send a reminder email about the status of my order for them to finally ship it. Then, they sent the wrong size for one of the shorts and one of the shorts was damaged. I emailed them to informed them about the mistake and damaged item. They took forever to reply. and requested photos of the items and order confirmation. Which clearly said a size large and they sent medium. I had to follow up multiple times to finally get a response for me to send the items back and pay for shipping. How is that fair if they are the ones who messed up and sent the wrong size and a damaged item. I emailed them expressing my concern and if they can provide a shipping label. They have not responded, I have been dealing with this issue since December 2024, today it’s February 24, 2025.

I order from them back in October and didn't get my stuff until mid-December. Although their shipping is awful they were responsive. They did offer me a 65% off coupon but I would never use it because I'm sure I would have to wait 2 months for my stuff. My suggestion to the company would be to tell the customer that these are pre-orders so they don't expect the product right away.
And for the record, yes there was an estimated shipping time of 1 - 2 weeks for my order, I received it in 8 weeks.

I ordered back in December. Here it is almost march and im still begging for a refund. They refuse to send the merchandise or give me my money back. They created a fake usps shipment label at the beginning of the month, but my items were never shipped. I truly dont understand why its hard to ship shorts and a hoodie.

BEWARE. This “company” is not legit. Don’t place an order with them you will never receive it. Placed an order in November, fast track to February and still nothing. Don’t do it. They steal your money.

Here’s one for you if you order from here and then question if your order is ever coming and having to send multiple emails and getting 90 percent automated messages just to get the same run around, I just say wow thanks for taking my money , here’s there response

I can understand your frustration due to the wait, I know we are not your typical Amazon next order and this could be the first time you have to wait this long for an item, but its all because we are a small family business doing what we can with the massive amount of orders you guys send us and we appreciate you for that, I can assure you, you will get your order.
Please be aware, that threatening, posting comments and sending message after message will not get your order to ship faster, we have been in business for more than 5 years now, if we were scammers or so, we would have been shut down by now. We are not most businesses, we are Crisp NYC with a 4 week timeframe that sometimes gets behind a few weeks but we are not scammers, we don't do refunds, because after all the effort we do and the work it makes no sense to cancel an order, you have two options right now, you can be part of the people who got their order by just giving us some more time or you can be part of the people that dispute their order and don't get anything but still come to our page from time to time to feel their ego seeing other people desperate commenting they didn't get it so you feel good but at the same time you see the ones saying they got it and wonder if you were wrong because, in the end, you liked the product. All we ask is for your patience, you will get your order.

Sure seems like they’re worried about their customer base you guys are all desperate. But they’re the ones acting as if they have things in stock take your money and don’t send anything. For me writing a review about my bad experience with them which I’m entitled to do, they respond like that. WOW

Shorts look fire cant lie. But the wait is horrible i understand you have backorders nit i ordered 5 weeks ago. Label was crsted 2 wees ago and no movement from usps. As a company they have to get better with their turn around time no one should wait that long. I deff will be burning my shorts when they get here. If they ever do get here.

My son never got his Christmas present. We have emailed and nothing has been sent! Its been 3 months. We are working with PayPal reporting it as a Scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

So my girlfriend ordered a sweater from this site in the beginning of December and the sweater never showed up. She then reached out to them in the beginning of January and got a reply stating that she would receive the sweater within two weeks. It has now been a month later and we have yet to receive anything. I'm also pretty sure they are the ones writing their good reviews due to the fact that those are the only reviews that receive any comments from the company.

Waited well over a month to recieve a hoodie from this company. Once I finally recieved it I put it in the wash as I do with any new piece of clothing. Was careful to turn it inside out and put it on the "gentle" cycle like i do to minimize any wear and lengthen the life on all my screenprinted clothing. After ONE wash the screenprinting peeled off in areas and cracked on others. This is the lowest quality article of clothing I've ever purchased online. DO NOT spend your money with this company. It's a scam and they sell you trash. Any positive reviews you read are written by them as fraudulent marketing. You've been warned.

Placed an order on December 6th and it did not arrive for Christmas. After multiple attempts I finally got an email back stating their shipping by time frame and that it I would be notified when it shipped. I got a notification that it shipped on Jan 8th but now 12 days later it’s appears only the shipping label was made but nothing was dropped off yet to actually be sent out.
Like others, placed an order Dec 2 for a Christmas present. Asked before Christmas about my order and got the same lame response stating my order is in the time frame and is being made. Then in Jan get a shipping label is created email. That label is still sitting there, no movement in over a week. And no response from customer service when I emailed and asked when the package will finally leave their place.
Ordered November 29th. Still not received and the tracking link still says USPS is awaiting item from seller. Same copy and paste response to every email. Do not order from this company.
Place an order for Christmas gifts and never received it. Almost 2 months now. I did receive a follow up email insuring me that nothing is wrong with my order and that will be on the way soon. Then received an email with a tracking number that was created. Never any movement with the package! Going on a month now since that happened. Still nothing, no package no refund! PayPal dispute opened to get my money back finally! Horrible experience from a B.S. Company!
Placed multiple orders over a month ago so my kids would receive by Christmas. Not only did they not arrive by Christmas, but I STILL DON'T HAVE THEM. To make matters worse, this company took my fund out immediately (which included a ridiculas shipping fee), have failed to acknowledge or respond to the multiple attempts made to check status order.... and WILL NOT respond to my request to just cancel the order and issue my refund! I have never experienced this POOR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE and will NEVER RECOMMEND buying from them! At this point, I consider them to be fraudulant and will escalate my concern. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Just like others, I made an order a month ago. You shouldn’t be so quick to take people’s money when you don’t have the product available for shipping. Your company is giving everyone the same copy and paste excuse. There is no customer service!
