Same issue as everyone I ordered some shorts a full month ago and they still haven’t been shipped currently trying to get a refund now emailed them a little while ago inquiring what was up and they just said it was “within their time frame” any place that takes over a month to ship items isn’t worth shopping at

Horrible company. Ordered first week of September and still have not received my product. Their support team is trash and sends out fake usps tracking numbers that don’t have anything to do with my order. They are out here scamming people. Keep the 100 bucks at this point. You obviously need it.

I ordered a hoodie November 24 for someone for a Christmas gift…still has not shipped. They replied to my email saying 1-3 weeks to ship. I’ll also be disputing my payment and reporting to BBB. They suck don’t order from them.

I ordered a hoodie on December 4th as a Christmas gift. The receipt email I received stated to reply using the receipt with any questions or concerns. I have not received one update, but have been charged for the hoodie. This was a Christmas gift for my nephew. I now have to dispute the charge and will report to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest not ordering from them.

I ordered a hoodie on October 9th, and have yet to receive it! It’s been over two months! Advertised on their website it would in ship in 2-4 weeks, which is a lie. I emailed them 3 times, and got the same response of “it should ship this weekend or early next week”. (After the fourth email I never got a response). Yet it still never shipped. I had to file a dispute on my card just to get my money back because they don’t offer cancellations or refunds. Worst customer service ever and 100% scammers. Avoid the headache and don’t buy from these guys.

Don’t advertise 4 for 99! Then you say you make them to order and have a guy in your ware house with pallets of already made shorts! You advertised 4 for 99 on Black Friday people anticipate we get them before Xmas! I should have known you were a bunch of clowns but didn’t realize till after there wasn’t a return policy in place! And you can boost your yelps all you want I will get on here everyday and write bad shit till I get my money back!

I ordered a pair of shorts and a hoodie from CrispyNYC on October 18th, it is now December 13th, and they have yet to come in. I haven’t gotten any updates or anything. I have ordered many things and have NEVER had to wait this long. Just thinking now It’s probably a scam. Wouldn’t recommend 👎

This company is a fraud, with terrible business practice. It took them 3 months to try and deliver my order, only after the fact that I request a refund. Only for them to double label my order and send it to someone else. Then lie and say they realize the problem and your new order was already sent out you should see it in a week. Funny thing how am I getting merchandise if you never knew it was lost? Clown Owner, stop flexing on the Gram with celeb and take care of the paying consumer.

Horrible. Order shorts well in advance for my son. Never received product and they never sent any delivery order tracking numbers. They do not have any live person to speak with. Awful experience will never buy or recommend product.

This place is terrible. I’m waiting on shorts from July 18th and all crisp says is “ don’t worry, your shorts are coming”. They lie and say check usps tracking but when you check it says label created. I never waited so long for a pair of shorts and i will never order from here again. If i were anybody I would not trust this place if i were you.

This place sucks!! Whatever you do, do not order from them. You will NEVER receive what you order and they won’t respond when you contact them. They’re scammers!! Also, it’s so obvious that almost all of the “good” reviews they have on this site are fake. No surprise they have the time to sit down and type fake reviews since they’re not busy shipping customers their orders they paid for! That goofy founder of theirs is also too busy posting on Instagram.

Ordered 4 pair of shorts on July 5, 2024 and was told that normal time is 2-3 weeks it is now August 27, 2024 and I have not received my shorts or a refund. On August 6, 2024 I received an email from Crisp with tracking number for USPS but only a label was created and no items were sent to carrier. This business is a scam and has customers funding their purchase orders without providing items to customers. Refusing to provide refunds to customers because you refuse to send out produce is unconscionable. I will move forward with legal action. PS I have ordered from Chine and all over the world and they have better business and ethics and provide a refund or ship items out sooner than this clown.
