Crocs Avis 

I ordered a size 9 Baya clog as my safety shoes are a size 9. They were way too big. I returned and ordered a size 8 and this too are way too big. I think I will need a size 6 at this rate. There is no way the sizing is accurate on these clogs.

Like many on here, wrong order sent, and late with delivery. Couldn't get through to a real person, and chatbot was hopeless. They have been returned, but now have to wait weeks for a refund (fingers crossed!)
Steer clear! The name suggests a reputable company, but in my opinion worse than these "dropshop" companies who advertise on social media but with Offices abroad although have " London" in their brand name and ask to return to an address in China; these ask for return to Netherlands but least pay for postage...the only difference, but will hold my breath for the refund.

I added my shipping address manually and when I paid it automatically autofilled to my billing address and my shipping address. While I’m not blaming crocs (could likely be Apple Pay) they were useless couldn’t cancel my order, couldn’t change address at all. Suggested I contact the courier (like you can ever get through to them). Big company like crocs as well.

Do not buy crocs they are dangerous and not durable iv had a accident by wearing them as they split. Cannot get hold of customer service.

Company is appauling

Can’t review product as yet. Customer Services appear only to have a Bot which does nothing useful, obviously not AI. Just wish I had checked reviews first.

UPDATE: Found contact through WhatsApp the way forward. Order dispatched and expected 1 week after order.

Absolutely ridiculous company policy for orders. They saved and reused an incorrect address across a “guest” checkout, and now tell me that I cannot cancel the order or change the delivery address.

So they wont cancel, wont refund and now my parcel is going to the complete wrong address? Absolutely disgusting customer service. Avoid using their own website at all costs. Just use another reseller instead.

Don’t bother! Been waiting over a month for my crocs and when I finally get hold of someone at crocs they tell me I need to contact the shipping company myself (which I can’t do because they are based in a different country and the phone lines won’t go through neither will the emails) shocking customer service from such a well known brand.

Nonexistent customer service. A 24 hour chat, in which agents don’t reply for over 20 hours. They ignore their official Facebook page message feed. They steal customer’s money and don’t return refund money when items are sent back tracked and proof of delivery has been shown.
I want my refund and I will do a chargeback via my Bank and/or go via a small claims court, just to prove the point that you’ve stolen from me

Returned too big and damaged crocs weeks ago with no response. Had to open a case with PayPal will never order online again

One star is too much. My six year old son found his blue plastic open sandal's velcro strap had failed after six weeks' use, bought from the Crocs Wembley outlet store. Crocs said only a 90 day warranty and not interested in a manufacturing claim for a faulty, low quality item, which this clearly is. We will stick to Gola and Sketchers from now on, which don't fail.

Just wanted to say how awful our recent purchase was - the flip flops.

I ordered two pairs for me & one for my husband to wear around the pool.

They are absolutely lethal with wet feet, we’ve both almost broken our ankles wearing them.

They are now going in the bin before we end up on crutches…

Unable to Return items

I ordered crocs for my Grandchildren on line. Full price, even though the sale was on. I was sent a 20% off code as the items were in my basket but I hadn't bought them. I used the code, and it said applied at the checkout but when I looked after I had bought the items it had not been applied. When I spoke to someone about this, first they tried to tell me it was because the items were in the sale, (which they were not) and then they told me that the discount code couldn't be used on the combination of colours I had chosen!! I expected more transparency from a reputable company. I was then told I couldn't cancel the order and request a refund even though it was only 20 minutes after I had purchased them. Very disappointed

I ordered a pair of the crocs Getaway sandals. It said the item was in stock and I paid via Klarna.

The next day I have received a notification from Klarna to say my order has been cancelled and refund given. I checked my emails, no notification from Crocs so I was baffled.

Went on to the Crocs website and used the tracker only to discover it had indeed been cancelled, I used the chat bot for it to tell me this often happens as stock runs out frequently. Why the hell accept an order if the item has become unavailable. I would have though a company as big as Crocs could use a more reliable system than this, other companies don't accept an order if the item is out of stock.

Poor service especially as I never actually received an email from Crocs and if it wasn't for Klarna I'd still be none the wiser.

Crocs have lost a customer here.

I want to return my item and I’m trying to get through to a real human as I want a QR CODE. It’s a nightmare been trying for a couple of days . Anyone else have this problem?

I purchased a genuine pair of Crocs expecting extremely good quality due to the high price and reputation, however this appears not to be the case , as when you challenge Crocs about there products shrinking in the heat , which happened to my stored in my motorhome, Crocs believe it’s acceptable for there product to fail , even at the extremely high price point they charge , I truly will not endorse or recommend this product, you can buy better for much cheaper, please be aware of this products failings

The Crocs that arrived were of a totally different colour to those shown on the website. They said they'd send me a new pair the colour I wanted, but these were exactly the same as the last one sent. Customer service was terrible, WhatsApp number does't work, live chat slow and then the agent refuses to speak for some reason.

I thought that crocs would be good but I was disappointed that when compared with cheap Temu versions Crocs fail to match the comfort of these much cheaper Chinese versions.

I have my new Crocs here but I keep reaching for my comfortable Temu ones instead. The tops of the Crocs crush down and they are tight on in my case a 9 uk feels more like a 8.5 uk. I even had to cut my toe nails to give them half a chance to fit properly.

I would have returned them but I wanted to give them a fair trail and do do this I had to cut the labels off. Anyway I will just have to charity bin them as I won’t be wearing them.

I have ordered for the second time, size M9, and received the wrong size for the second time.

Keep sending wrong items! Item quality rubbish
