I ordered a piece on December 18th and Today still nothing

I ordered a piece on December 18th, as of January 13th I still have it in New York, after calling my postal courier they still haven't received anything and according to them something has been lost, I write to the cronus site via email and they say they can't do anything about it, since I asked for the return they have disappeared

Major Scam Alert

I made the order on October 6. The order is stuck in customs and I received no reply from them. They literally took my money, and when i asked for my money back they wouldn’t reply again. They took my money and never gave me the product. Avoid at all costs

They tend to send wrong items even though I ordered an upgraded version of the product.
I can't return the product as this will cost me €117.

Ordered a product on September 29th

Ordered a product on September 29th, and after weeks of "in transit" with no updates, the package is stuck in customs with extra fees they won't handle. Customer service is nonexistent: zero email responses, just generic excuses. Cronus is a total disaster—wasted money and fried nerves. Never again!

Waited 3 months for this to become…

Waited 3 months for this to become available, not to cheat but purely to give a better KBM interface on ps5 as it really isn't great.

Paid over £160 for the ultimate edition for PS4 with the conversion box and they sent a basic Cronus with no ps5 interface. Completely ripped off and not heard a word back from them.

This people are scammers .. I send my zen I purchase the mail in out warranty.. was delivered last Monday a week after no answer from them.. no money no zen .. I contact zen support and nothing they don’t reply … don’t buy mail in out or zen .. this people has been scamming people for long time ..

Ordered a mail in, out of warranty device and they were supposed to send a replacement within 24hrs per their policy on the website. No shipping after a week and totally unresponsive customer service. I'm out of a device I shipped to them and $35. ORDER TCS-127697

I wish there was a 0 rating option. I ordered my Zen over one month ago. Theys aid it would take a week to deliver. I paid EXTRA four a courier service but theys ent it via my national post office. when i calle dmy local post office today they said i must pay a substantial extra amount for holding and duties service.s so what did i pay the actual courier service for? ive ordered plenty things from the US and it always came via courier and not the post office

My item NEVER arrived!!

The item never arrived. They failed to deliver it to a country that is only 8 flight hours away from New York. My item was collecting dust for 9 weeks until I got an alert saying it couldn't access the delivery location. That’s just an excuse. However, I did get a refund, but not a full refund. I got scammed out of €20. The €20 was for the trashy shipping service, USPS first class. USPS treated my delivery poorly and kept delaying it on almost every department. When I contacted the owner, it seemed he didn’t care much about my situation about the 1 month delay of my item but blamed my country’s location, which is just 8 hours away on average flight time from New York. Anyways instead of him blaming, he should have taken the responsibility and contacted USPS to solve the postponement problem. Not to mention I waited almost 3 days for him to respond my ticket support which is horrendous.

Update 2: I placed a one star review on their item and they removed it shortly after 2 hours. This explains why they got no 1 star reviews or 2 star reviews on their items. They remove them because they don’t want the truth to be revealed. God knows how much 1-2 star reviews they’ve had.

I placed an order on this website and…

I placed an order on this website and after a whole month it said my package was gonna arrive but it never did they, they said I didn’t open the door at all yet I was home all day. They put no effort in to help me locate the package and left it all up to the customer. They basically scammed me out of money for a package that never arrived.

Whiteclove Zen besteld, eindelijk binnen apparaat na 5 minuten defect.
-10 Dagen met support bezig geweest maar dat kan je geen support noemen. Ze refereren alleen wat op hun website staat niemand wilde mij helpen.
-Met 3 laptops geprobeerd apparaat is gewoon defect. terug gestuurd en ze geven aan dat ie werkt. Echt waar ik geloof er niks van.
Mijn advies is daar niks kopen!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I wish I can attach a picture of the chat support where their literal words of reply to one of me responses were "that is the dumbest thing I have ever read." There was a discrepancy with my address, and the item failed delivery so I requested a chargeback because I never received my item, and the tracking clearly showed the original sender received the item back and they told my bank it was a fraudulent chargeback. Finally got in touch with live support and they proceeded to tell me I committed fraud and how this affects small businesses, meanwhile I never received a damn thing! They stated they processed my refund and after that literally just did not write back to any of my other questions

customer support sucks!

The customer support sucks also I sent in my warranty on October 12 and it delivered in their mailbox on the 14 and I have messed them after a couple days and they said that they’ll message the warehouse manager and say why hasn’t this shipped yet he will repsond asap. I said ok thank you :). Then a couple more days later I said any more information and after they ghost me and don’t give me a response!!! Worst service ever!!!!

Worst experience with customer support

I want to leave a review about my worst experience with customer support.

I placed an order with this shop on Thursday, September 14th in the morning, and the estimated delivery time was Saturday, September 16th.

This shop offers same-day shipping, so my order should have been shipped on September 14th, but it wasn't even sent on Friday, September 15th. I decided to contact customer support to get more information on Friday evening, but they couldn't provide any details about the delay. They mentioned that they would consult with a manager and provide a response by Sunday (as I understood it, during Saturday), but they didn't.

I reached out again on Sunday, and after that, they canceled my order, alleging that I had sent hateful and offensive messages.

"So? Where is the response from the warehouse team? Come on, I paid for priority shipping and taxes to get my order yesterday, but it's still awaiting fulfillment. It seems like a bad joke. I'm disappointed"

THE CRONUS SHOP:
"It's Sunday. The shop is closed relax."
THE CRONUS SHOP:
"You were told that the shipping times were estimated but for some reason you're attacking us because you don't know whet that means. Not you're being incredibly rude and offensive, sending hateful messages at almost 4am on a SUNDAY. I have no interest in toxic behavior in our community, so I have created a free return shipping label where you can send the Zen back for a full refund."

Honestly, I'm not sure where I was toxic, offensive, or sent any hateful messages. Just for your information, I sent ONLY 3 messages (excluding messages to their bot to track order details) to support, the first one to get details and others you can see above, and I didn't spam them to get details.

I gave this shop a 2-star rating because I did get a refund, which is the only positive aspect of this experience.

I've never encountered such poor customer support. So, if you plan to order from this shop, be aware that you might waste your time (and possibly money).

P.S. I can verify all my words with screens if needed.
