Cross Cut Shredding Ltd Avis

Highly recommend. Whole experience from phone calls (answered promptly and by a human!) to shredding bags sent throught the post and then collected from residence was timely and efficient. Many thanks.

The service is approachable and honest, with fair pricing that makes transactions simple and pleasant. They provide clear and helpful information.

Outstanding service with top-notch security and reliability. The customer support is fantastic, particularly for someone like me who uses it on a small scale at home.

Easy to use website, easy to arrange and great service all round. You made it 'easy' to dispose of the paperwork thank you so much

What a great service!
I had a collection of old mobile phones, an ancient tablet, and a sack of old paperwork that I didn't want to recycle into the public domain.
Cross Cut Shredding provided the solution. An easy to use online booking web page followed by friendly, helpful service at the Yeovil site. I was able to watch the paperwork being shredded and have subsequently received a certificate of destruction for added peace of mind.
Excellent all round - highly recommended.

An excellent service. Reliable, secure, great customer support, especially for a domestic small scale user such as myself.

Excellent company, first class customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant service, took all our documents in small bags, young man helped to take it from the car and put it bins!
all done and received certificate to confirm shredding!

Very friendly & straightforward service. Reasonable prices & very easy to do business with - good information given

From the first communication the service received was first class and at a reasonable cost. Will definitely be using in the future.

The team are always polite and helpful. Alice collected from us again this time and she is so friendly and a real asset to the team at Cross-Cut Shredding.

We have used Crosscut Shredding several times now. Always helpful, professional & reliable. We know our sensitive data is in good hands.

I was very pleased to find there was no time pressure.
When ready the pick up was arranged promptly and the collection was very efficient. In particular I was impressed by the range of items covered.

We have used Cross Cut Shredding for quite a few years now, and they have always been so helpful, polite and professional. They have made the process from start to finish very easy - thank you!

I’ve been using this firm for some months now and I am delighted with the service they have provided. I didn’t know that such firms existed. If I had been trying to shred the mountain of paper that I have been working through with my temperamental, bad tempered shredder I doubt I’d have got through one book leave alone the 15 sacks that I have filled so far. Cross Cut Shredding has been a lifesaver. Always polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your help at what was a very difficult time. I’m just starting on sack number 16!!

Very friendly but businesslike. Took the work in and did it immediately and charged as expected.

Absolutely fantastic service. Super efficient, professional and friendly.
