I love the William Morris tie I bought. At a recent wedding I attended I got a lot of compliments on the tie. It arrived quickly and I am so pleased.
Very simply, I was looking for a tie for Royal Ascot back in June and made the purchase from Crossrow. The tie arrived within a couple of days, was of good quality and well received during the meet.

Great pattern, low quality
Great set of patterns, quality is meh - very cheap and plastic feeling, very thin and feels a lot like a costume tie. Would not buy again.

Good cotton tie
I bought a cotton tie, so a little different from a lot of their range. It's a really nice pattern, and the tie itself is well-designed, eg a good width, length, and ties a good knot.

Top class customer service
There was an initial mix up with my order but the response time out of normal working hours and the issue was sorted within literally minutes. The ties arrived in nice individual boxes and top quality ties with the best selection.

Great customer service - I was in contact with Shu at Crossrow when I realised the ties I needed for my groomsmen were out of stock. The responses were very quick & efficient, and I was even contacted personally when the ties came back into stock to allow me to purchase them then and there. 10/10 - Great company to deal with!

Lovely tie, good quality, decent length (hate short ties) and delivered quickly in nice packaging. Bought it for myself but would make a great gift for anyone mathematical.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Bought a sample tie for my wedding before buying the rest. The tie then went out of stock. Sent them a message early Saturday evening and they got back to me immediately telling me when they will be back in stock and reserved what I wanted. They then followed up as soon a they got then in. Great quality products as well.
